Arrived and greeted straight away, the people were lovely and helped us every way they could, the room was clean and it had what we needed. Can't help the size of the room but wasn't a problem they've done what they can with it.

Could do with being decorated as it had ripped wallpaper and out dated furniture and carpets, bins in the bathroom rusted and could be changed regular, the kettle had rust also could be checked and changed, just little bits need checking over, could do with couple more big towels.

The bed was comfy room was small but we only slept there didnt get to try breakfast as we didnt get up early enough

We had a man in the next room and he was snoring so loudly we couldn't sleep we managed to get to sleep around 4am and woke up late wr had 30 mins to get ready and check out but this wasnt the hotels fault also the shower took so long to warm up and there was no where no put the shower head so had to hold it while having a shower

It was everything I was looking for, peaceful, comfortable, and staff was very polite, easy access to my late night walk along the beach,

No complaints from me, I was very happy

The staff was very nice and helpful Room was very clean Had a bar in so didnt have to go out so stayed in had a few drinks and played pool

No draft beer No kitchen so no breakfast or food was served

Liked the sea view . The 1 staff did a good job of catering for all our needs. Friendly place :)

Amount of stairs lol but that wasn't there fault as I didn't look properly before booking

Lovely room lovely people I have been to various B and b's in Blackpool but this one is the best value it's clean comfortable and we had a lovely seaview, will be visiting again soon. Even though we stayed in early march the room was kept warm and the shower was lovely with jets .

Great location with a sea view, second floor so good views. Beds comfortable and room clean. Lounge with pool table and there is a small bar but we went out prior to it opening but could use the room.

All ok for us, some might worry there is no breakfast but there are several cafes on the roads behind the hotel.

The location it was on the sea front which is what me an my friend was looking for. Staff where really polite ,friendly and helpful. Room was clean needed a little updating but bed was comfortable and room was used for what it was needed for,just to chill,wash and sleep. Thank you we will be back next year to see you.

Great location fantastic owner and family who run the place and looked after us well it was that good I asked if I could stay another night and the owner said yes it was a brilliant stay and look forward to visit again soon absaloutly fantastic location and bar down stairs with pool table

Didnt have breakfast. I liked how easy it was to check in and was very quiet fair play. The shower was good and yes the room was tatty but so is Blackpool@

Decor is poor. TV is small on not many Chanel's. Was a aroma of curry throughout the stay.
