Bedroom layout for families was brilliant, separated rooms for kids with bunk bed and single to adults double. Breakfast, lovely food and good size potion. Free to come and go as like. Loved our stay will be returning!

Only slight complaint and very slight was the shower, very under powered and leaking hose meant very little water coming out the shower head. Smallest of things to complain about otherwise fantastic stay for the cost!

The property has everything you need for a long weekend in Blackpool, great set up with separate bed room for the kids (all in one big room), everything was really clean, and had everything you needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and Sarah was so accommodating towards the kids picky choices. Honestly couldn’t recommend high enough, there was not one fault, and we would definitely come back again in the future.

Location was good, walked to end of street then you was on the main strip short walk from the main attractions, beach was in front of you, b@b owner Sarah absolutely lovely nothing was to much trouble, it was my partners 50th birthday and I asked if in some way it could be acknowledged, when we arrived there was 50th birthday banners up in our room and Sarah presented us with a chilled bottle of processco In a bucket with two champagne flutes, lovely touch and gesture, her husband was lovely too

Great hosts who were very friendly and happy to help with anything we required. The two bedroom family room was great, giving us & the kids their own space. Rooms were very clean, fresh, and warm. Full English breakfast was delicious with a wide continental choice too. Would highly recommend and will return on our next visit.

We stayed in Room 1 which was an interconnecting room. Loved the space & that we had two separate bathrooms Breakfast is served at 9am which is a good time especially if you want a lie in. Breakfast was freshly made & such a good amount, great variety for kids. We loved it that much we have booked to stay again in October

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Excellent service, lovely hosts, great room and delicious English breakfast. Highly recommended and we look forward to coming back to Blackpool.

Location is great, In-between South and Central Piers. The owners Sarah and Ken are excellent hosts and cook a delicious breakfast. Our room was a family room, 2 bedrooms in one which was great for us, the kids have their space and we have ours. Tv in both rooms, en-suite in double bedroom. Lovely and clean, this is the place we come to every year and will continue to do so.

Staff were kind and friendly, great location and short walk to beach and to central pier, also good value for money, also got a breakfast included in the price

Its not that we didn't like it as we loved it there but the toilet takes a while to refill after flushing, we didn't want to leave when our time was up as we loved it there so much that we are sad to be back home now

The price was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised with what we found considering other accommodation we have stayed at in the Blackpool area before. They were happy to accommodate out of hours check in and cheeky breakfast requests from my daughter. The room was clean, very comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. It's just few minutes from the tram stop and roughly half way between the pleasure beach and tower. The nearest car park is just a few minutes walk away so parking is not really an issue.

Having to go home at the end of our holiday but that's not their fault 🤣. I can't find a fault with this guest house and will be looking to stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable property. Our room on the first floor was easy to access and had all the facilities we needed for our break. We received very good communication before our arrival and during our stay. Excellent breakfasts!

Not the fault of the property, but the hotel next door had a function on one night which was a bit on the noisy side.
