Got back today from a fabulous 2 night stay at the Lynnwood. I know Blackpool very well as I used to live there for years. The location was perfect for us, as we could walk to south or North shore from here. Arrived and was greeted by Simon (si)who was very friendly and easy to get along with, nice chap. He even booked us into the deluxe room at the front with a bay window and view of the sea😁 everything was spotless from when we walked in and the room was lovely. Had a great night's sleep. Nothing I can complain about. Great price too. Will be back there soon. 😁😁

We liked everything nothing to moan about at all

the lynwood is a nice clean quiet family friendly hotel . the owner simon is such a friendly man , we chatted with him every day and he was so pleasant . the thing that really sealed it was him lovely dog lucy , she is so friendly and was always happy to see us . when we visit blackpool again we will definetaly be booking with simon and lucy (our kids loved her and miss her already)

In a good location 10 mins from theme park & swimming and about 15 mins from the tower walking. In a quiet area (other than the seagulls). The host was lovely and welcoming and easy to talk to. Didn't have breakfast as we had plans to be off soon as to get full days out. Room was well kept, clean and tidy. Shower had good pressure which is a huge plus as having thick hair no pressure can take forever to get shampoo out.

Room was a little smaller than expected but workable. Curtains to have heavier lining or blackout so not waking with the sun

A brilliant host, Simon was fantastic. There were a couple of issues over the weekend which weren’t Simon’s fault and I think he was more upset than I was. The place is in a perfect location, I managed to park straight outside which was very beneficial and even managed to check in early. Very friendly, very welcoming and will definitely be back!

Superb location, Simon (the owner) is lovely and will do anything to help. Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Lucy the pooch is adorable :) Just a stones throw to the beach and a lovely cafe right across the street. Perfect for our stay

Great B&B lovely clean spacious furnished room with full amenities. Excellent location close to beach and 15 min walk to town centre. Found a great gem. Excellent host Simon (Si) friendly and very helpful.

The host simon was brilliant the hotel was clean n tidy, the bar was quiet ,booking on line was the best thing to do ,the people that stayed there were friendly aswell we loved our stay it was easy walk to South pier

This hotel was great. Very close to the beach and the room was very big! Simon was very helpful and welcoming. My daughter loved Lucy the dog so much. We’ll definitely be back 😊

Very quiet side street to the promenade the quietest guest house I've ever stayed in and it was sold out!! great for sleeping and excellent location only 5 to 10 mins stroll to central pier room was very clean and comfy bed will be coming back

Simon was absolutely amazing and very friendly to talk with. After being greeted by Lucy the pooch just made our stay 100x better. Would definitely come back and highly Recommend.
