I had read alot of reviews on this hotel after I booked!! After my anxiety kicked in I was terrified I had made a huge mistake. Well we arrived and was met by a lovely lady who was more than happy to help. Parking behind the hotel is £10 this is only valid until u check out and a first come first serve basis. We had no trouble but busier times may be an issue 6 spaces available. £50 cash deposit is required but we got this back no problems after our room was very quickly checked. We then went to our family room with sea view room 31.. it was absolutely beautiful a big 3 bay window for you to enjoy the view of the coast. Nice spacious room with 2 single beds and a double bed tv and remote!! The doors are open 24 hours so if u need to pop out or fancy a late night it's not an issue. There was no karaoke or loud music at all!! Certainly there was no youths in hoods or any drunken violent men on our stay..A gentlemen took over from the lady for the night shift...he was polite and so accomadating looking for a cue ball for us to play as it was stolen...unfortunately couldnt locate one....will have to show my husband how to play next time (hope he dont read this lol) .I honestly can say I wish I had never listened to all the bad reviews because I had anxiety and no sleep for absolutely no reason. I really enjoyed my stay here with my partner and 2 boys. Will defo defo be returning in the future as the views from that window will be stunning when it's all lit up can't wait!! Thank u so so much Hopefully see you soon

Location was perfect right between south and central piers which I what I needed for myself and my eight year old daughter. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to use the on-site car park a couple of hours before check-in. We were sure to arrive handy because I believe they have limited parking spaces on a first-come first-served basis. The hotel is exactly what you want for a quick day out and stay over with an eight year old. There was a lovely bar with pool table and front street level balcony that patrons could access. There was even a small dance floor which my daughter enjoyed seeing on arrival. On check-in you need to pay £50 cash deposit and £10 for the parking space per night which I was aware of before travelling so went prepared..there is a convenience store across the street out the back with a cash machine if you get stuck...this convenience store is also open until midnight too should you require emergency booze or backie. The room itself was clean, tidy and had sufficient amenities with a decent sized TV. Late in the evening the gentleman on the desk was fun to talk to especially in and around the bar area and he was very kind to my eight year old daughter. Overall I rate this hotel very much, for a one-night stay in Blackpool 'off-season' for a bloke(me), his mate and his young daughter, this place more than met my requirements! Thanks very much for making us welcome and I have you saved on booking.com for future stays. Thanks guys and gals.

The rooms are definitely comfortable and very clean but The staff here are absolutely amazing me and my 5 year old daughter stayed here for a quick night away as soon as we entered the building we felt safe and welcome, the hotel gave us a call through the day to tell us about entertainment and it’s safe to say my little girl had a blast! I would like to give a extra thank you to the main guy ( can’t remember his name) and Dave my little girl has not stopped asking to come back thanks again. Gemma and Darcie

The hotel never answers the phone I rang all day multiples days prior to arriving only got a call after asking booking.com to email them .. After we arrived i called a few times while in reception area while staff was sat at the phones and witnessed them never answer the phone.

It was affordable , there was entertainment as in disco and bingo, should of been a few more people , it was perfect for what i needed it for , I thought it was clean it had all necessities , entertainment sounded alright however i didn’t use hotel for that , also had bingo in the hotel, it was perfect for us. Brilliantly placed also

No complaints for value there no reason to moan and the manager seemed awesome again however for what I used hotel for as was not there all the time but I think was perfect and would go back deserves a packed hotel to be honest the entertainment would be probably wicked.

The location was perfect, was a good hotel, food next door we lived on for the full 3 days and was pretty decent 👌 only thing I can say was there was no breakfast available but that was easily resolved with a nice place just out the back that done a lovely breakfast. Entertainment at night was a laugh with bingo then karaoke 🎤 also loved that there was 2 balcony's at the front of the hotel that had seating area. Would definitely recommend this place and can't fault it at all. You will enjoy your stay here! And hopefully we will be welcomed back.

Nothing to say apart from the breakfast that wasn't really a big issue as we had yards to walk for a decent one.

Staff friendly and helpful. Don't worry about the reviews, room was clean, bar area was nice, has one quiet area and one area with music, karaoke and bingo. Both areas have pool tables. Nice outdoor area on the front too.

Could do with more staff as one person runs the reception desk and bar. Didn't love having to leave a £50 cash deposit but we was made aware of this when we booked and we got it back at check out with no problems.

I had a triple room for my mum and my daughter, we also came with friends who were in another room. The location is perfect, I found the hotel clean and friendly, the room was small but comfortable, I paid £50 for one night for the 3 of us and it was absolutely worth the price, I felt worth more tbh. The beds were comfortable and we all had a pleasant nights sleep. I’m not sure if it’s been modernised recently as my experience doesn’t match some of the reviews I’ve seen on here. I would recommend a stay here.

If I’m being picky then the only complaint is the creaky floorboards in the hallway when people walking past your room, they are a tad noisy but certainly didn’t spoil it whatsoever.

It was close to amenities and the beach the staff were very polite and friendly and always on hand when help was needed

The only issue was the room we stayed in was the bunk beds the top bunk was unsafe for sleeping on due to the metal bars going across for the mattress was snapped so on of my children had to sleep on the floor
