Great hotel entertainment was fabulous and everyone was so friendly

The owner or director made a lot of guests feel uncomfortable as she wasn’t the most welcoming, could see her openly giving staff members into trouble for little things , I understand they need to run a hotel but it is the customers who makes the hotel money and it was a very busy hotel so would be nice for her to be more welcoming and understanding and not throw her weight around with customers and staff

i booked room only, But paid for breakfast at the reception. The room was clean and tidy plenty of coffee or tea and milk sachets, The location for me was spot on with Manchester square tram stop across the road direct to the train station, And an easy walk to the pleasure beach and central and north piers, A Ma kellys so near to the hotel and the entetainment was nice and relaxing.

Did find out others coming in on coaches paid a lot less for their beer with special packages, i was paying £3 more a pint but the offers were placed around the hotel for all inclusive prices of £50 a day extra so i had chance to take the offer up. But me personaly did not wantt it.

Room was comfy and decent TV reception. Staff were very friendly both on reception and on the bar. Entertainment was spot on also good WiFi coverage throughout. Location is perfect only a short walk into town and the attractions. .

If you're a larger build you will struggle to fit on the toilet in the basic rooms (we were in room 18) as it's by the side of the shower. I'm a 40 waist and only just fitted. Housekeeper walked in whilst we were getting changed to leave (was before check out). Did mention to reception as we checked out and they couldn't apologise enough

We had the most amazing time in Blackpool, staying at the Royal Seabank Hotel. From the second we arrived, the staff were super friendly and even let us check in 3 hours earlier than expected as the room was ready. We had a sea view on the 4th floor, and although the room was on the small side, the sea view more than made up for it. The room had a dressing table and a lovely large shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the tower. We even managed to park round the corner on a side street for free. We come to Blackpool a lot and only rarely is there availability at the Seabank. If there's a room available, don't miss your chance, book it, you won't be disappointed!

Friendly staff… decor inside hotel was lovely, the shower in shower room was absolutely fantastic… although the bedroom and shower room were a bit grubby, the beds were clean and comfortable… staff were also very helpful

Bedroom we stayed in was very outdated… vinyl in shower room coming away from floor, bathroom door had no lock, wall underneath window crumbling, shower room a bit dirty. Car parking was minimal… we do understand hotel is being refurbished so understand why room a bit grubby, all common areas of hotel were lovely

Great location, lovely sea view good sized rooms

It said on your website that the evening meal was £20 for a 4 course meal but it was £30 for a 3 course meal which wasn’t worth £90 that I paid for the 3 of us . We were told the evening meal was between 5 and 6:30 we got there at 5 was told there were no space’s, so come back at 6o’clock which was ok but felt like they was rushing us because they finished at 6:30. The portion size was very small also.

Room was spacious and shocked at separate bedroom and big bathroom, which included separate bath from shower. Great view of beach front Different towels everyday The evening entertainment were good, Paul Mac, Matt Styles especially. Love a bit of comedy & good old banter. Keep up the laughs and p#ss taking! Having to pay the room price based on 6 sharing, when only a family of four. Prefer to pay per person per night. But the extensive coffee and tea availability in the room made up for that.

The property was located good with everything on your doorstep and it was clean and well presented the room was small for a couple but was ok for a night stay entertainment was alright

Food was not good didn’t have any taste to it and timing was to early at 5pm it was restaurant but only served water with meal pudding was not good and staff in restaurant didn’t speak much

Location was superb, bar and bar staff were great. Entertainment was also great. Didn't have much interaction with staff, the two that I spoke with for check in and my misplaced room card were also good and efficient.

Stairs and lift not the best but not sure there is a lot the hotel can do. Lift wise you press what floor you want and then it stops at each floor on the way. There was blinds but in the morning they let a little too much light in, would have been better with curtains This is me really nit-picking as it was really good and would stay again

Great friendly staff, very keen and happy to help. Brilliant evening entertainment. Really good that it’s a 24 hour desk, snacks and drinks available to buy in the hotel plus plenty of tea and coffee in the bedroom. Really good shower! Much better than you usually get in a Blackpool hotel! It’s a very clean hotel inside, except for bedroom windows.

There’s some little bits in the room that were dated or needed a bit more attention to detail. Black bits on the shower seals, shower head hanging pole thing coming off the wall, windows really need cleaning inside and outside of the room we stayed in. All these things are minor,
