The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The shower and bathroom were clean. The hotel is a few hundred yards from the beach and promenade. Close to nice pubs, bars and eating places.

I struggled to get the shower hot- that may just have been me not understanding how the shower works. There were no towels supplied- I did read the reviews before I went so took my own towels. There is street parking outside the hotel but you may struggle to find a space at certain times. That's no different to most other hotels and b&bs though. Some hotels have onsite parking but they charge £10 a day, if they have spaces available.

Dave the hotel manager was friendly and accommodating made our stay worth it he was helpful and just a general all round nice guy!! Location was perfect for a simple walk to entertain ourselves.

The hotel was just all round run down in need of a little makeover a bit of paint and wallpaper with some new carpets and you could have a gold mine due to its location and dave the friendly manager. You get what you pay for with the price and was a welcomed cheap night away for our family.

Very friendly welcome as their first ever guests. Room was clean and comfortable and we are sure once the new owners have more time to prepare the bar and breakfast option, it will be a popular spot for visiting Blackpool. A little walk to the town but easy enough to get to xxx Thank you for our stay

A little noisy with the other hotels surrounding and parking hit and miss depending on street parking nearby.

The shores hotel was a wonderful stay, the staff members were so amazing with my little girl, who can be quite forward and loud. They made us feel so comfortable, there was no greed for money, or judgement on anything. It was really homely and the manners were impeccable

I think maybe the rooms could have been a little cleaner, but that's literally it.

On arrival I was made aware of local parking. And where the local Entertainment for our family was. Dave was very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us When dave noticed we were with our daughter he gave us some snacks for the bedroom for her and advised he had a good selection of dvd's we could use which was a great personal touch. We would stay again and recommend to friends

Everything was great

Everything was there that we needed. It was very close to the attractions. It was clean. All the staff were friendly. The manager checked in with us regularly and was very attentive to the people staying in his hotel. He made sure my son had things to do (plenty of games) when we went to the bar.

There is nothing that I disliked.

Nothing Everything as expected

Onwer was very easy to talk to. He told us places to go and just outside the hotel is free parking. The hotel had good security key for outside door and a key card to get in our room. My misses wanted the bed linen to take home! It's still there. We stayed an extra night. When we go back to Blackpool I am staying here. We will book our holidays for when they can accommodate us. The hotel is central to the tower and central pier.

The hotel is the other end to the south pier which is good as its boring that end of the golden mile and unless you go to the pleasure Beach you get an opportunity to go on the tram to get there.

Lovely property in right location! Everyone we met was lovely and very helpful and they are always there if we needed anything

In both off room the windows wouldn’t shut properly so let the cold in, but the heating was on but it was abit cold in the rooms but other than that everything was good.

Stayed here Friday to Monday was greeted by david who owns the hotel he is lovely carried our bag to our room upstairs nothing was to much for him, such a nice person ended up having a few drinks with him & the other staff very down to earth people which made the stay even beta. Room was standard double en-suite we’ve been in much worse. Really good location. Planning on coming back down in Nov for hubbys birthday. Thanks so much to David & his lovely staff. See u Nov xxx
