I liked the warm welcome we received, The host was great and very considerate and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the facilities we needed. The location was also a bonus as it was a short, nice walk over to pleasure beach. It was also a nice surprise to get fresh milk in the morning from host for our morning coffee.

The only thing that let it down was the lack of carpark on the property so we had to find and pay for a carpark and then walk to the hotel, however it was not along walk and it’s to be expected as it is like a town house style set up terraced so no space for car park. There are parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel however they were all taken which I suspect they mostly always are. Still worth the stay. Would recommend for sure.

Clean, comfortable and the man who checked us in and out (I didn’t catch his name!) was absolutely lovely, and couldn’t have done enough for us. Myself, my partner, and our little boy stayed for 1 night for his 7th birthday, and as soon as we arrived we were made to feel so welcome- showed us up to the room and they had decorated it all! Banners, balloons and even a birthday present- our little one was thrilled!

The only thing if you’re staying as a family- the rooms are quite small, however for 1 night it wasn’t really an issue. Also there are lots of steps, however again the lovely gentleman who worked there offered to help carry our things up to the room.

Nothing really to complain about, only used it for sleeping and showering as we were out most of the weekend. Loved the fact we could all stay in the same room together. Staff were very polite offering complimentary cereal for the kids. Even giving us fresh milk to the room for tea or coffee. There’s a little fridge freezer In the room which is brilliant for storing water & juice. Beds are comfy and clean. My only concern was the locks on the door they’re just typical bedroom door locks that didn’t feel overly secure when going out all day.

I went with my 7-year-old and 5 Yr old grandchildren for a 3 day holiday. When we went in, they made me a hot drink, and children, some juice which was greatly received, also they were give a gift as well which was very kind, so our holiday went with a good start and they gave them something to do while i went and got my car, so a good finish. We had adequate space in our room as we only slept there, and the bathroom was big for Blackpool. They never advised on the site but saw it in reviews. There were plenty of different cereals, toast and fruit for breakfast, which was great for us and saved me money. Also offered me a carry out hot drink. There is not much parking in front due to workmen parking there as well, but we did find free on street parking nearby. I would stop there again

For me, as I've knee trouble, the steps outside felt a bit steep.

Location was peace and quiet. The owner was very nice and friendly. In room we've got everything what we need as fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, towels etc. Bathroom small but very clean and smelled nice. No moulds, compare to the other places where we stayed before, it was absolutely gorgeous.

It was very hot in the room, even though the radiator was turned off, but it wasn't that big of a problem because there was a fan in the room which turned out to be very useful and helped us get through the night.

Having seen past reviews and photos of this hotel, we pinned our hopes on the most recent reviews… And was not disappointed! Hosts could not be any more accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They had even gone to the extra effort of celebrating my son’s birthday with us! Our room was spacious and pleasant, everything was clean (to standards much better than you see in big chain hotels) and comfortable! Options for a basic breakfast, with facilities for hot and cold drinks in the room. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! Perfect for a short, family trip - we look forward to visiting again soon!

The rooms on the front of the building would benefit from double glazing as you can hear all the delights of Blackpool passing by, at all hours. Bedroom door locks need updating as despite locking, it didn’t feel overly secure… However, a hotel with a lot of potential!

Could not fault this hotel! The staff went absolutely above and beyond! We were celebrating my son’s 7th birthday and after our day out they greeted my son with a gift and also included some smaller gifts for my other children! We were all offered refreshments on arrival and informed of complimentary breakfast cereals, bottles of water and juice for the little ones! For the price this hotel is incredible and we will most definitely be returning! Thank you for making our small break one to remember!

Nothing

Really liked this hotel. Everything we needed, there was a fridge, water and van in the room. The staff was very very friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and my family. There was even continental cereal for breakfast. Was very quiet as well. As I was coming alone with 2x children I needed to make sure the hotel was suitable for the children. Would definitely come back here again.

Water pressure was slightly low in room 3, but this issue can’t be helped.

The owner was very welcoming, drinks offered on arrival, we arrived slighty early and was able to check in straight away. Variety of teas, coffees and even bottles of water in the room. Selection of cereals and bread for breakfast along with hot drinks and juice. Room was clean, beds were comfy, bathroom was spacious and towels provided, there was also a wardrobe in the room. The owner made the stay very comfortable, he was very attentive, the most welcoming and comfortable owner I have ever come across!

Absolutely nothing at all

The host was lovely, a lovely warm welcome, the room Was a great size for 2 adults and a child, the room and bathroom was lovely and clean, had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, it’s close to centre of Blackpool.

Not so much what we didn’t like, but the room was very hot and stuffy, ask the host if you can bring a fan. Also bring your own towels, as the towels are quite small, but again nothing wrong with the property or the owner.
