The hotel was on the he front of Blackpool and close to everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were a few hours early and couldn’t get a signal for the parking meters in Blackpool. We contacted the hotel and told them about our early arrival and they had a spot spare for us and not only that we was aloud in early to drop our luggage off. Having 3 children and trying to sort this out was a massive help to us upon our arrival. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of toast and cereal for the kids if they wanted but my kids had a full English and they loved it. I also left my phone behind in the room and was swimming for 2 hours and went back to collect it and it was put in a safe ready for me to collect. Thank you for everything you did to make our stay better.

Me, my partner & our 2 boys stayed here for one night.. The hotel was in an ideal spot overlooking the sea front, Comfortable beds and very clean! The bar room was bright, airy & modern with a snooker table which my boys were pleased about 😁 There were plenty of drinks available to choose from & the staff were pleasant & friendly, I loved the balcony that was available to sit out on from the bar room 😀 Near to all the arcades & shops.. there's a family bar with entertainment just around the corner from it too 🙌 Unfortunately there was no parking spaces left at the hotel so we parked at the Blackpool Central multi story car park which was only about a 10 min walk away from the hotel & £22 for 48 hours, the car park was also a very secure safe place to park 👍 Would definitely recommend & we would consider returning in the near future, Thankyou for a lovely stay 😀

Nice and easy check in, sea view room. Close to central pier. Let us store luggage on the last day until we was ready for leaving. As you go in the door, on the left there’s tea/coffee facilities. On the right behind the door is a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom with shower is on your left. Straight forward was the double bed with one bed side table. and single bed with 2 chairs and a tv.

No plug for the sink No sockets near the bed

Easy check in .The room was cosy ,the bed was clean and comfortable enough for both of us . The little bathroom was nice and clean ,the shower worked just fine as well,nice little soap on the sink ,towels were fresh and clean . Staff was friendly and pleasant Breakfast was alright,choice of cereal,a cooked breakfast but one of everything,toast and juice obviously tea and coffee choices .

The plug socket was right near the door . The wardrobe wasn't sturdy

Ideal spot for The Winter Gardens Right on the front a small walk / stagger to the darts and back .Everything close by so a great place to stop .Parking at the door easy to find .

All spot on Breakfast was good but could have been a bit bigger to soak up the alcohol

It's located near the central pier, so about 15 mins walk from town, or the pleasure beach! The room was basic but clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was good for £6! Compared to the many hotels I've stayed in in Blackpool, this is Top 5!

The rooms need updating, but they are clean and have everything you need, and it would be extremely expensive to update a hotel that size

We travelled with two one year old children and they were more than helpful and understanding about everything went out of there way for us and we will be back! 10/10 I would not recommend anywhere else Hotel was clean and staff were absolutely fantastic couldn’t thank them enough!! We look forward to returning again!!

The location is fantastic. I booked the New promenade hotel because of this reason . Brighton the front . Opposite a tram stop and close to central pier . Breakfast is 10/10

My view unfortunately, this time I picked the short straw and got an alley view through a frosted window, but the other 2 rooms had a side view and the other third floor had the whole of Blackpool seafront, from the pleasure beach to the tower . Room 8 WoW. The bar is cash only.
