It was convenient for local shops so made our stay easier for us to get food when we needed, also easy access to nearby buses and trams. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating and supplied us with an extra heater for the room because it was a very cold night.

The curtains could have been thicker to counteract any cold coming through the glass from the sea.

Staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming, even gave my nephew a sweet which he was thrilled about. We were right on the sea front so easy access to lights and the beach.

The carpet in the room wasn't hoovered (crumbs and hairs from previous visitors), however, I booked the room last minute for a short get away with my nephew to see the lights. I would stay there again. It would be nice to have a chair to sit on in the room. My nephew and I either had to sit on the bed or on the floor.

Dd exactly what it said on the tin. Clean, comfortable bed, Tv and shower worked well. Close to facilities. If you are on a budget (I'm not necessarily saying I was) this is the accommodation for you. Great for one or two nights, I stayed one, but not sure I'd want to spend a week. I was concerned there could be excessive noise with this being a bar and a Saturday night pre Bank Holiday as well as a hotel, but this wasn't a problem. Very quiet which is how liked it!

Thick dark curtains as opposed to blinds, especially with the sun coming up early in the summer months.

Great location, the staff are amazing and for value of money it was great.

The room was slightly smaller than we’d like but that’s no issue if you’re exploring the rest of Blackpool.

The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean,the position was perfect for viewing the fireworks

TV didn't work and being on the 3rd floor didn't help

The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. If you wanted anything it is there. The only thing I didn’t take photos of the room.

On the promenade. Clean and conformable coffee and tea facilities... But overall really nice friendly and comfortable place to stay.
