The location of the guest house was ideal, not far from pleasure beach or the tower. Once i arrived, i was pleased to be welcomed by the owner. The reception room was really nice, with a pool table and a well stocked bar at reasonable prices. I booked a small double room with private bathroom, thee room was really clean and the double bed was really comfortable. The room had a good sized television and a stand fan [which was fantastic, as we were going through a heatwave ] the room had tea and making facilities. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and well presented and exceedingly good. Overall i was very pleased with the Shore Stay guest house and cant recommend enough, i will definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a good central location for the promenade and amenities. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Room and ensuite were clean and bed was comfy. Overall it was a good weekend away in Blackpool. I would choose this place again if a room was available on the nights I required.

Staff were lovely, very welcoming. They got a nice dog as well just made it even more homely. Rooms immaculate clean and comfortable, bedding and towels very fresh clean. Didn't have breakfast but smelled amazing!

Hot water ran out when went for shower.....although left it till last minute before check out and was busy Easter weekend so probably used up quicker than normally would be....cannot fault otherwise

Donna and Chris were very accommodating and kind. They were so lovely, Donna even gifted our son a dinosaur stuffed toy. We really enjoyed our stay and the bed was comfortable. Location was very accessible, it was also near the sea, so waking up in the morning hearing seagulls squawking was a treat for me. Breakfast was great too! Will definitely recommend this place.

Location was perfect, lovely and clean, the bed was lovely and comfortable, lovely hot shower, plenty of tea coffee and water in our room. Breakfast was delicious and to top it off the owners Chris and Donna was very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

Chris and Donna were really friendly and helpful. Bags were carried up to our room. The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was perfect! Hotel right near manchester square - so central to everything, near tram/bus stops and home bargains next door if you've forgotten anything! We will be back x

Extremely good value for money. Friendly owners. A bar that is open past 22:00 (not a given in England...). Good starting point for excursions into Blackpool. Delicious English breakfast.

The room was a bit tiny, but I didn't expect a HUGE luxury room for the little money I spent... Same with the choice of breakfast, there's cereal, toast or English breakfast. Couldn't really expect a full buffet on a budget.

Brilliant location for my short walk to the Winter Gardens. Everything I needed was there for a comfortable stay with the addition of a lovely cooked breakfast to start the day. Chris and Donna made me feel more than welcome and I would definitely recommend Shore Stay and will be booking next time I’m here in Blackpool.

This guesthouse cannot be faulted. The room was absolutely spotless and the bed was super cosy. The location is ideal for all the main sights, the Tower, Pleasure Beach, etc but also far away enough to not be noisy at all. The owners were so friendly and thoughtful as the second morning we had breakfast they had already left out things that we had asked for the previous morning such as a bottle of water and milk for the coffee. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Overall, extremely good value for money and would definitely stay here again.
