The room was modern like the photos suggested and the shower was wonderful Also like the fact there's a microwave and a fridge in the room tooalso like the fact there's a microwave and a fridge in the room too

The room was very small and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing they didn't have rooms ready even though I got there at 3:30 pm there was other people that given the wrong room to so a few people left Also noticed a lot of dirt on the floor especially under the bed there was sweet wrappers cigarette butts and someone had even left there prescription glasses under there as well so obviously not being cleaned

The location was brilliant close to everything the rooms were done brilliant

The walls need soundproofing very thin and can hear everything goin on in other rooms

It was really clean and a good location. Staff were all friendly

Booking.com sold me a room that’s wasn’t available o paid for a king suit with spa but this room was already booked when we got there.

The staff was outstanding, I arrived in the midst of a horrific storm with my 1yr old niece, the staff was all so helpful and friendly, helping us carry lots of luggage to our room, and even went out there way to the shops for essentials I needed for the baby. They was so friendly, the staff really makes this place shine. The sea view junior suite was the best room possible, it was so spacious, the beds was comfy, and the decor is beautiful and new!

Was a little chilly as it’s the top floor room on a sea front, as I say we was mid storm, the outstanding staff also brought us extra heaters which fixed the temperatures up quickly.

Great location, friendly staff, liked the fact the rooms had codes instead of keys. Room was great just what we needed and with a full size fridge too which was fab! If we needed anything we just asked and were sorted. Great breakfast by Oscar too.

A couple of small tweaks needed, my bedside drawer was broken meaning it didn’t work properly (minor I know but if they don’t know they can’t sort). Also could do with a mat as you step out of the shower as the tiled floors get slippy.

Loved the sea view it was amazing. .location spot on. It was decorated lovely. The lady was very welcoming. Shower excellent. For what it was it was dirt cheap.

The bar was closed and no reason was given except closed till further notice. I was looking forward to having a game of pool with my son in there so he got disappointed. The double door to the balcony upstairs was broke. We're the latch was at the top screws were coming out. I struggled to close them because of the broken latch thing. I don't think this is there fault but the floor beneath the door on the sill was rotten because it was water damaged. You could tell it was because of the rain getting in with it being broke. I did think the fact it was letting in cold air it woukd affect the warmth of the room but it didn't. One of the beds legs were slightly broke so it dipped to the side.

I loved the room! Really lovely design inside. We had the junior suite. Spacious and clean. Comfy beds and beautiful sea view! Smart tv with netflix etc for the kids! Staff friendly especially Libby! We didnt use the facilities but the bar area looked welcoming. Fridge / hot drink set up within room! Was perfect for our stay. Parking round the back is NCP cost £15 for 24hours one entry in and out (I checked with NCP)

Bit messy outside neighbour but that is nothing at all to do with this premises! Dont be put off at all inside is lovely!!

Beautiful moden room/suite with lots of room for us and our grandchildren- addition of a fridge was a godsend with a baby. Super comfy beds. Very clean and tidy and shower was huge and very powerful. Great views and location based between South and central piers. Warm inviting staff. Parking at rear of property £15 for 24 hours made it handy to load and unload car and easy to leave car and walk the golden mile.Very comfortable stay in Blackpool. Thanks

The property next door is undergoing restoration and it is an eyesore with rubbish everywhere which detracts from the high standards of the residency hotel. I'm sure once this work is completed it will not be an issue. Soundproofing could be better as noise from above room could be heard and TV from room next door but nothing that would deter a further stay.

I've stayed in alot of hotels in Blackpool with my children this is far the best amazing night sleep beds are so comftable room spotless clean so nice to have a fridge when u have children rooms were warm carpets clean plenty of sockets for everyone's phones even a fan if it was to warm in the night which was great. staff polite this is the hotel I will be using for future visits and ide recomend to anyone it's also close to take aways shops short walk to the central pier and has the beach right across the road. Had a fab time kids loved it thankyou for havin us.

Kids couldnt watch the tv in the mornin no fault of the owner wheather wasn't great so the Internet signal wasn't working

Everything in the room needs to be pulled out and cleaned a lot better Mess behind sofa where plaster as chipped off walls Walls -plaster is crackin and chipping away in bathroom and bedroom and a lot of dust from the brick walls inside the room it’s all over the heater and the carpet everything needs a good clean and a better hoover on the carpets and the sofa could do with a hoover as it’s full of crumbs Walls need repairing and a new lick of paint is needed in the room and bathroom
