I came with my elderly grandad for the night it was so lovely we loved every moment , the entertainment and customer service second to none. Although dated the room was spotlessly clean.

The only criticism is the amount of steps , not really a critisism as such if you book the accessible room . Grandad is still on his feet so I didn't book it and there's lots of just little 3/4 steps up and down to get around the entertainment area and reception and to the room. He struggled with this and it meant I had to be with him even just going to the toilet. Like I said not a critisism just somthing to bear in mind if you are unsteady, especially after a drink and a night of top notch entertainment lol.

Our second stay here and enjoyed amazing breakfast. And brilliant entertainment the hotel in general is very clean and tidy. A plus is free parking.

This time we stayed in room 94. A double room in the basement. Right next to an emergency door that's left open from morning till night...bathroom.door don't open fully and hit the side of the bed. Not the cleanest of rooms but bed was comfy.. way to hot we stayed 2 nights and kept window open. The ceiling isn't even its was a double room so god help what a small double would be like. Next time think we will pay the extra to have a larger room

No delay with check in. Room was easy to get to, no steps this time. The evening meal ( Sunday roast, 4 courses ) was lovely. They must have new chefs as it was much better than the evening meal on previous visits. I took a lady with a learning disability and she absolutely loved the entertainment. She was up dancing all evening. The female singer even let her join in on the mic. Breakfast was good, especially for the price we paid. See you soon Lyndene.

The bathroom was very tight. We're not slim ladies and had to breath in and walk sideways to pass the sink to get to the loo. Anyone bigger wouldn't be able to do it. But we managed for one night.

The choices at breakfast were fantastic. The bar meals were good value for money. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and everywhere was spotless . Good evening entertainment. My husband has had a stroke and struggles with mobility, I mentioned this when I was making the booking and we got a room in the first floor with only 3 steps to negotiate and very close to the lift. We will be booking to go again, probably in September. Everyone we spoke to in the hotel go back multiple times a year

The only thing I would find fault with, would be the size of the bathroom in our room. It had a sliding door into the bathroom, this isn't a problem as makes for space saving. Once in the bathroom you had to slide sideways past the sink to go to the toilet. I'm not particularly large (size 16), so it wasn't to bad, but my husband is considerably larger (4xl) and found it a struggle

Only overnight stay to go to the festival.saw it was a 2 star thinking 🤔 shouldn't have worried the young lady on the desk and all the other staff were really professional and helpful.We booked band b .We arrived bk from festival to find there was a late bar 😍. Our room booked a double with single spotless tbh tea and coffee plus tv not that we needed it.Would definitely stay again ive seen some of the cabaret acts on of which I've seen on cruises etc.

Stairs down to breakfast room plus door with a few more signs re direction.I asked the waiter what it was for breakfast.Just replied with full English no other offer.I left food as I can't eat red meat or beans only for the lovely waitress serve our next table with offer of poached egg etc .Have to say though theres plenty of cereals porridge toast juice etc so not all bad

It was mine and my sister's birthday, we had the balloon and banners package, and prosecco on ice, that was a lovely welcome when we got there. The staff in the bar and restaurant were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was nice particularly the breakfast, it was just missing mushrooms. The hotel on the whole was clean and comfortable, looking forward to coming back for another long weekend.

There wasn't much we didn't like, the only thing I'd say was the reception team didn't seem too eager to help, and they could do with smiling a bit more to suit the vibe of the hotel. We've never stayed at Lyndene before and we wanted to know how the meals and bar snacks worked, but it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Finally a younger woman gave us the info we wanted.

The staff was so Lovely & welcomin & you cant go wrong for the entertainment its brilliant deffo will be visting the hotel again just hoping for a better room next time what has a comforty bed & u can see clearly out of the window

I booked a double seaview room with one of my friends for one couldnt see anything out of the window as really dirty full of bird poo & window was also full of condensation so couldnt see anything & for the bed it was so hard & uncomfortable so didnt get much sleep at all & was there for 3 nites previously stay in a Double seaview room before & everything was perfect last time so anyone that is stayin in room 68 3rd floor iam just warning u that u cant see anything out of the window & the bed is very uncomfortable

we stayed in room 83 which is little more than a cupboard tbh..but the room was ok for one night and it did have a sea view...it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed though we had to negotiate our way round the room...the food was really good and served quickly by pleasant and friendly staff...reception ws helpful and friendly as well...no complaints though we think you could do with extra bar staff as my husband had to wait over 20 mins while 3 cocktails were being made,,,!!!!...overall a good night out and we weren't rushed to leave as rooms available till 11am..
