Our second stay here and enjoyed amazing breakfast. And brilliant entertainment the hotel in general is very clean and tidy. A plus is free parking.

This time we stayed in room 94. A double room in the basement. Right next to an emergency door that's left open from morning till night...bathroom.door don't open fully and hit the side of the bed. Not the cleanest of rooms but bed was comfy.. way to hot we stayed 2 nights and kept window open. The ceiling isn't even its was a double room so god help what a small double would be like. Next time think we will pay the extra to have a larger room

No delay with check in. Room was easy to get to, no steps this time. The evening meal ( Sunday roast, 4 courses ) was lovely. They must have new chefs as it was much better than the evening meal on previous visits. I took a lady with a learning disability and she absolutely loved the entertainment. She was up dancing all evening. The female singer even let her join in on the mic. Breakfast was good, especially for the price we paid. See you soon Lyndene.

The bathroom was very tight. We're not slim ladies and had to breath in and walk sideways to pass the sink to get to the loo. Anyone bigger wouldn't be able to do it. But we managed for one night.

It was mine and my sister's birthday, we had the balloon and banners package, and prosecco on ice, that was a lovely welcome when we got there. The staff in the bar and restaurant were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was nice particularly the breakfast, it was just missing mushrooms. The hotel on the whole was clean and comfortable, looking forward to coming back for another long weekend.

There wasn't much we didn't like, the only thing I'd say was the reception team didn't seem too eager to help, and they could do with smiling a bit more to suit the vibe of the hotel. We've never stayed at Lyndene before and we wanted to know how the meals and bar snacks worked, but it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Finally a younger woman gave us the info we wanted.

The staff was so Lovely & welcomin & you cant go wrong for the entertainment its brilliant deffo will be visting the hotel again just hoping for a better room next time what has a comforty bed & u can see clearly out of the window

I booked a double seaview room with one of my friends for one couldnt see anything out of the window as really dirty full of bird poo & window was also full of condensation so couldnt see anything & for the bed it was so hard & uncomfortable so didnt get much sleep at all & was there for 3 nites previously stay in a Double seaview room before & everything was perfect last time so anyone that is stayin in room 68 3rd floor iam just warning u that u cant see anything out of the window & the bed is very uncomfortable

The setting was amazing. We chose a sea view. Staff on reception were very welcoming. Spacious room. Couldn't be more pleasant ☺️ great service 👍 and the food was superb 👌 dining room was spacious enough, and the service from the waiting staff: Stacey, Sarah, and Lewis to mention a few. They were all fabulous at doing their job.if we had anything to ask, they were accommodating.made us feel so relaxed. Bar staff couldn't fault them.just brilliant and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment .Good old sing-along played bingo.had, a dance.

There are not enough details regarding room choice, i.e., pictures showing your actual room. We had too many beds, evan though we asked for sea view. Informing us that the entertainment was right underneath us. Loud music is playing until midnight.

Only came for a short break as I'm disabled and can only manage 2 days.. I'm shattered now lol the hotel needs alot off updating.. The breakfast was really good and plenty to choose from only issue is they do other items scrammled egg and waffles but we didn't know this as it's not on display and wasn't informed by staff.. We didn't opt for the evening meal but was informed by others since they've changed there chef the evening meal isn't good.. My dad actually was dick through the night with stomach pains after eating the beef on the Thursday night.. The entertainment was excellent.. I couldn't stop for all the night as in pain and at to go to bed. Cee cee the drag queen was the best.. Brilliant Overall we went out off season in march so I thought it was value for money.. I wouldn't pay for the season prices.. The staff was kind and helpful cannot complain really welcoming and the young bar man can't remember his name but he's lovely.. Hotel is clean.. Our room was spacious we had the 2 x double bed sea front and spacious bathroom.. The shower was really good to.. Window outside could do with a clean but apart from that I'd definitely book here again.. Over all I rate 7 out off 10 only on the fact it needs updating.. Thank you to the lyndene for a lovely stay

Very disappointed with our very small room as we booked a twin room as opposed to a small double as the twin room said it was 182sq ft as opposed to small double at 132sq ft but no way was our room that size the picture showed twin beds along side each other our room was one bed by the window and the other at the bottom of it very clean and nicely decorated but not what we expected and when the room next to us was showering the noise from it squealing is the only way I can describe it was very loud the staff were outstanding we willbe back but definitely not in a room that small

The room very small was OK for two nights would not of liked to stay much longer in that small room

The room was well proportioned and the double bed was so comfortable.

A couple days the food we had at dinner the vegetables were barely warm and one day stone cold, the breakfast options were ok but rather than keeping the bacon eggs warm sometimes the eggs were cold and so was the bacon, I did like the inclusion of a waffle at breakfast, but I would have liked maybe pancakes as an option with yoghurt as well, my wife is on a dairy free diet and oat milk is her go to choice and while we could get this in dinning room every were else in the hotel they had no idea on what to do when asked for oat milk in the tea or coffee, this last bit is more of an observation the lift system seems to be in need of a major overhaul as the lifts are slow and very juddery, also no ramp access at the front of the hotel.

The reception and dining room staff were brilliant. Special mention to Damien our waiter in the restaurant who absolutely was the best! We had such fun and looked after us very well. He is a real asset to the hotel without a doubt!

The only problem we had was we weren't directed to our room properly but eventually found it after a trek. Whilst we were there our room was not serviced or our friends either. A real black mark against housekeeping apparently they were very busy in my opinion this is not an excuse. This is surely part of the booking or am I wrong!
