Having stayed at this hotel many years ago, and it wasn't up to par, I was dubious about staying here again, I was told it had changed hands, so I thought, why not. And it didn't disappoint. Before, the building used to be a mucky brown colour, but since it has had a face lift, it looks rather inviting. Upon entering the lobby/reception/waiting area, it felt very spacious and open. The large windows add to this, and the view from them is amazing! Upon arrival, I was greeted by the manager, who was extremely friendly and accommodating and answered all the questions and queries I had. It was explained to me how the hotel was left and how much work has been put in in the short months to be able to get the hotel open. Once I was booked in, i was taken to my room, which was located on the first floor. Upon entering the room, I was shown where everything was, how to work the TV, the shower, all the little things like that. Was told if I had any questions to just find the manager and that he would help in any way he could. During my stay, I didn't need any more assistance, but from the demeanour that was presented, I feel personally that if I did, he would have done his up most to accommodate. The room I stayed in was very spacious and bright. You could tell it had recently been decorated. There was ample storage space if needed for a longer stay. I found the bed comfortable and supportive. Fresh towels were placed on the bed upon arrival and a hand towel in the bathroom, along with shower amenities, if I were to need them. The shower itself was very spacious compared to other places I have stayed, and you actually had room for movement rather than having to stand in one spot. Although the hotel itself is still under restoration, things are being changed and decorated to the new owners preference. This didn't affect my stay. Keep up the great work. It will be worth it!

The hotel staff were friendly and had amazing customer service - Booked a surprise birthday package for my friend's birthday, the hotel prepared this on arrival also gave a choice of prosecco or wine and a birthday card from the hotel/staff the hotel room was clean and to a good standard, although on the main road it was quiet

The hotel room was lovely but due to the weather at the time was very hot and could not cool the room down. Unfortunately the WIFI did not reach our room and struggled for signal in our room.

The staff were brilliant The bed was really comfy and room was a decent size they had a games room aswell where we could play pool and listen music and buy drinks from at the bar.

I can't really say that I didn't like anything about the hotel. The decor is a little dated but I can say that after talking to staff and knowing that they have plans for renovating, this place is gonna be as brilliant as the staff are we will defo be back next year to see the improvements!

Very good Location on the seafront instead of in dodgy backstreets it looks well presented on the outside and inside it has a great looking Reception Lobby area and The Bar looks very cool as well the Room was Clean and well presented I honestly don’t know what so many people are complaining about on the reviews the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and polite I certainly got what I paid as for value for money I probably will stay again at some point

I dident really understand the shower temperature controls as I managed to get I lute warm at the best, I understand that the staff have a lot to manage but I found the bar and reception unattended most of the time I was downstairs and I was messaged by the property after booking with lots of intonation and it stated breakfast could be booked upon checking in and once arriving I was told that’s no longer the case and the polite staff weee able to recommend some places to try luckily there’s McDonald’s and a Wetherspoons a short walk away, these aren’t supposed to be bad comments just some suggestions to improve

The location was great on the sea front but away from the noisy part of town & tram stop outside the hotel, the beds was very comfy and bouncy, family hotel but was given front door key as can come home at an hour that I chose, travel cot request & was set up for me in the room, room had 2 big wardrobes double & 2 singles bed & still lots of space.

Can't fault anything. Yes super basic but perfect location, clean and comfy. The manager and manageress where both absolutely lovely. Really helpfully and chatty. Was perfect for my over night stay in Blackpool! Got parked without issues in their car park. Jumped on the tram stop directly outside. In truth i didn't know what to expect from other reviews, but would definitely stay there again without any doubt, I'd even take my children! I stayed in a much more expensive hotel the following night in a spa and was disappointed...yes much posher...but dirty towels and got woken up from excessive noise outside my room twice! Just shows I guess! Felt totally safe in my room. Could lock the door lock so has no concerns. All in all fab little stay!

In very good location and the room had a great sea view for my disabled wife who loves the view the room and Ensuite was a Accessible for my wife and I reception area very clean bar very clean and room was all done very nicely with balloons and banners put up for my wife’s birthday

There was nothing wrong with the property it’s great value for money right on the sea front

Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond for us. Very friendly staff and perfect location as was in the middle of both piers and close to corner shops. Good value for money and very positive atmosphere.

Could do with a refresh in regards to the rooms.

As soon as we arrived we was told we was on the 3rd floor, my sister as health issues and would have struggled so we was moved rooms with no questions asked, staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we was good ..

I don't like how people are giving such sad reviews, the place is clean, friendly and a budget hotel, if you want the ritz go pay for the ritz, this hotel is located perfect on the sea front..

The staff were absolutely amazing, extremely welcoming and helpful! Great sense of community, no matter where you're from. Super accommodating couldn't of asked for more! Would definitely recommend and will be back in future for sure.
