Great hotel, from arriving to leaving nothing was too much 5mins from the beach just far enough away to be off the front but close. The breakfast was exceptional the attentiveness of Janet front of house and owner was so welcoming, the rooms and hotel are spot on everything you could ask for and more. All seem freshly decorated and exceptionally well looked after.Room was cleaned/straightened daily coffee sugar towels replenished etc.Although we never used It they have a very well stocked bar, It seems the seagull hotel possibly wrote the book on how to be the perfect hoteliers, I would without doubt recommend and definitely stay again in the future if I was lucky enough to find availability.A faultless very relaxed and comfortable home from home stay many thanks again was a pleasure....

Spotlessly clean, bright, and welcoming. Janet, our amazing host (nicknamed "Cilla Black" for her accent), was friendly, helpful, and brilliant with the kids. Rooms had everything we needed, and breakfast was excellent. Janet even gave the kids a fun but tough puzzle—only six people have ever solved it! We’ll definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Only small downside: the bathroom light also turned on the light above the single bed, but it’s an easy fix. Also, no takeaway food allowed in the rooms, which would have been nice. Still, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

The hotel was so lovely. The rooms were lovely and so spotlessly clean. They had everything you needed, and more. We had a wonderful breakfast this morning which was included in the price. On offer there was plenty of cereals, fruit, different fruit jusices, water, tea or coffee and a full english breakfast which you could choose whatever you wanted (my son being fussy only having sausages and bread 🙄). The host was nothing more than fantastic. She was just so lovely and was so accommodating. We sat downstairs in the bar area last night and she chatted to me the whole time. She even gave my son a challenge (but he couldnt complete it 🤣). There is no parking at the hotel however there is a perfect little carpark in walking distance to the hotel which is fab and cost me £18.50 for 24 hours. If you go to Blackpool, i HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It has a rating of 9.5 on Booking.com which i definitely agree with. I wish i was staying for more than 1 night but i will definitely be returning. Its hard to find a decent hotel in Blackpool these days.

Everything about our stay at the Seagull Hotel was brilliant. Came here with my 3 children for 2 nights and we all had the most lovely time. Janet and Graham where lovely hosts and made us feel comfortable the minute we came through the door. We arrived before our check-in time and was allowed to leave our luggage so we could go to the theme park for the day. Room was spotless and felt like a home from home. Breakfasts where delicious with lots of variety to choose from; continental to full fry up to start the day with, even had smoked salmon scrambled eggs 😋. Wouldn't stay anywhere else from now on when we come to Blackpool. 😁 We cannot wait to do it all again next year, thank you so much Janet & Graham we had the best time. X

Stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend, lovely friendly welcome on arrival. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. Plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, even toiletries! Breakfast choice was great, we opted for full English and couldn't fault it and piping hot! Very attentive service. The location is great, a stones throw from beach front Highly recommend I left my sunglasses in the room and they were kindly posted the next day Will hundred percent definitely return next time we've blackpool

The room was spacious considering it sleeps three people. It was nothing like the pictures I looked at, was better. Great sized en suite. Small table and chairs and plenty of storage. USB charging ports which shine a bright blue light in the dark if you need a night light Breakfast was great, good choices with tea coffee juices etc we had room no.7 right at the top four sets of stairs no lifts I would stay again Room did state sea view but that’s only possible by climbing on the single bed to get to the window then looking left and you can just see it. It’s not an open the curtains and there it is as the property faces a different direction.

The duvet on the double bed was very thin. My other half feels the cold badly in winter so I used the duvet off the single bed to throw over the top which did the trick. And curiously when you put the bathroom light on it also puts the lights on where the single bed is, so if someone was sleeping in the bed (ie a child) you couldn’t use the bathroom light or you would wake them up. I did search for another switch but alas could not find one. Also the tv was very small high up in the corner on the wall and if you’re watching from the bed I couldn’t see the tv guide clearly.

Lovely small hotel. Spotlessly clean. Room with ensuite which was good size. Very short walk to promenade and beach. Tram stop minutes away and able to walk to both central pier and pleasure beach. Street is bit rundown but so is lots of areas and the hotel itself is very well cared for. Host was lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

How rundown some parts blackpool are but this hotel has definitely been looked after

Everything about this hotel is phenomenal! Both, my son and I have stayed here quite a few times. We are always made to feel welcome from the moment we arrive. Jan and Graham are lovely, genuine people and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are lovely, modern and spotlessly clean. The beds are really comfy, and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk etc. There is also a good selection of good quality biscuits, topped up daily. A lovely little treat with a nice brew at night. The breakfast is amazing. A good variety of cereals, cereal bars, fruit, fruit salad and fruit juices. They also make the best-cooked breakfast too, made to order. I seriously can’t rate this hotel highly enough! I highly recommend it! Gill & Oliver

Nothing, this hotel is perfect.
