Check in was easy and the staff were really welcoming. We were upgraded to the penthouse suite FOC which was a lovely touch, plenty of room and the bed was really comfy. Fridge in the room with water and soft drinks provided also. Bar was nice and the staff chatted with us into the night Continental breakfast was nice, fruits, cereal, toast, meats and chese and croissant's along with coffee, teas and juices. Full english is available for an additional cost. There was parking available at the rear of the property and was in short walking distance of all the attractions Blackpool had to offer; it was very conveniently located. Would recommend and we would stay again next time we need a room in Blackpool

Just be careful when you are booking on booking.com as it states on the website breakfast is included. Once the breakfast was made and eaten and just as we were about to check out the hotel issued us with a invoice for £78 for 6 cooked breakfasts £13 each which I refused to pay as it says on booking.com breakfast is included,The hotel staff said that it’s just the Continental breakfast that is included and I should read the small print on the website 😂 after reading through they is no mention of this so as a goodwill gesture I agreed to pay half £39 as the lady said the management will take it out of her wage if I just walked out.

Very clean, and the spa was excellent. Decided to upgrade the room for an extra £40 which was worth it. Rooms are stunning! Shower was excellent! Clinton was a f**king gem. A credit to the hotel and couldn’t have went any further for us.

Breakfast took an hour to cook, that was crazy in my opinion but Clinton was a one man band so we will give him that. Breakfast was okay, not worth £14 per head!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel and Spa! From the moment we arrived, the owners, along with the entire staff, made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warmth and attention to detail were outstanding—they truly couldn’t do enough for us. The full cooked breakfast each morning was perfect, with everything cooked to perfection and served with a smile. We also loved spending time in the spa, which was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The entire experience was so delightful that we’re already planning our next stay. Thank you again, Ash and Lindsay, for making our weekend so special!

Stayed here for new years eve, The owners was very welcoming on arrival ,we was explained everything and taken to our room which was for 3 people staying over. Good size bedrooms and great bathroom lovely and cosy on arrival fresh bedding and towels and a beautiful breakfast made. Would definitely stay again it's close to all amenities . I wouldn't call it a boutique hotel but our stay was wonderful. Thankyou for your warm welcome. Andrea.

Absolutely loved every,great hosts on arrival and throughout the stay.really enjoyed breakfast,fresh warm quisaunts were delicious,our room was comfortable and clean,it had everything we needed and our hosts were able to accommodate us in every way,the location was great right near the beach,well within walking distance of shops,pubs and entertainment,we had sessions in the sauna and jacuzzi,this was fabulous and relaxing.i would recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again.

The very rude man next door, because we went to the wrong hotel and instead of him telling us our hotel was literally next instead he gave us abuse and told us to go away,I wouldn't recommend staying next with that kind of welcome, absolutely disgusting

I can't fault my stay at The Chatwal Boutique Hotel. The room was clean, spacious and decorated to give it a lovely light and fresh feel. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything worked, there was plenty of storage space - both shelving and hanging, a modern TV and kettle etc. The en suite bathroom was large and immaculately clean with a nice shower. Both of which were equipped as they should be. Julius and Dreda are so kind and friendly, which really made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, incredible how much Julius and Dreda went out of their way to assist me. The food was fantastic, Jerk chicken for dinner a must try as is the cooked breakfast. I spent most of the night at the well-stocked bar speaking to Julius and Dreda and listening to music a great night. Amazing stay. I am so happy that I found this hotel in Blackpool; I shall definitely be booking again in the New Year. I can recommend this as a perfect place to stay for anyone wishing to visit Blackpool.

Very clean hotel & in an excellent location! Staff were very helpful and the spa was very relaxing!

My only complaint would be the car park. I did scratch my car on the entrance into the car park as it is very very narrow. Also there aren’t enough spaces for the number of guests, cars were parking in front of others and blocking them. We ended up parking in a council car park about 10 minutes away which cost a further £25

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Location was great and parking good. Spa was brilliant. Complimentary breakfast was good. Bed and room was super comfy and clean.

The only thing was that the WiFi didn't work in the room and the fan was really loud maybe needs servicing. Im sure if we'd have mentioned the staff would have sorted it out.

I would like to thank all the staff for the amazing stay. We enjoyed our stay from the start to finish. We didn’t want to leave 😢 The hotel had a home from home feeling. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very spacious. The beds were comfortable too! The food was top quality. The spa room was incredible and very good value for money. We also had a few of the spa treatments which were also very good value for money. We have stayed in quite a few hotels in Blackpool over the years but this hotel has been the best one and when returning to Blackpool we will not be stopping anywhere else. We can’t wait to return in September ! Thank you all for making us feel welcome. See you soon
