Customer service was excellent and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations
There was nothing we didn't like but the parking situation wasn't ideal as its situated at the rear of the hotel and has a tight entrance which only small vehicles could get through

Great location, Sarah at reception was really friendly and welcoming, the place was a little run down and could have been doing with a carpet clean as there was a strong smell of urine, there was no WiFi which was stated there was, we couldn’t shower as the water was scolding hot. The beds were super comfy, decent size, the bar area was always unattended so you have to go to reception to get someone, we parked our car for £20 for 2 nights, we scraped it half way down as it’s so small and narrow, ( we should have paid to park else where ) our kids had no WiFi for there devices at night, this was an extra stress as the autistic kid doesn’t understand. We wouldn’t stay here again due to the 2 issues that couldn’t be solved.

We booked a very last minute break (family room with children aged 8 and 14) from the start (after our late arrival) arriving outside I was skeptical after seeing the outside but as they say "don't judge a book by its cover"..the hotel inside was spotless, the bathroom was a little outdated but extremely clean..we visited in February and upon entering our room we was instantly warmed up after coming in from the cold weather ( a little too warm but this isnt a bad thing we simply turned down the heating and slept in shorts the first night) .the location is minutes from the Central pier. There is a small bar with a small selection of drinks and a pool table which we used both nights of our stay
If arriving by car be very wary that the parking is down a very very tight ally way leading to a unconcreted car park, we had to put in the wing mirrors on our car to fit through

Excellent value for money. Close to beach & piers. Room clean & modern décor. Ensuite clean. Bed comfortable. Bedding and towels clean. Free WiFi. Warm enough. Tea & coffee making facilities in room. Pool table, Communal area with tables & chairs. I would return if the price was as competitive as it was on this occasion.
£50 cash deposit required on arrival - although it is stated in the listing. WiFi is very weak on the top floor. TV was temperamental. Slatted window blind not ideal. Tea/coffee wasn't replenished over a 3 nights stay.

Very warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Parking available to front of property but not guaranteed (we were lucky!). Room was warm and comfy, maybe a little small but it all worked ok for us for our two night stay. Super comfy bed and pillows. Nothing was too much trouble for all staff members, very helpful, thank you. Good value for money. Note: No lifts at the property and stairs may be a little steep for some to negotiate, especially with luggage. Location is excellent, approximately 500yds from seafront.
No negatives.

Host was very polite and welcoming great stay. Lovely host, near enough to attractions and clean. Would book again
As we were arriving in Blackpool earlier than the 3pm check-in and staying later than the 10am checkout the next day, i had previously asked if we could drop our luggage off earlier to be stored until we could check in and if it could be kept in the hotel until later on the day of checkout so we wouldnt have to carry it round all day, which the hotel happily agreed to. We where able to drop our bags off a few hours before we checked in which wwas much appreciated but on the day of check out the hotel closed and we had to carry our bags round the whole day. Other than that, great stay. Lovely host, near enough to attractions and clean. Would book again

Room was spacious with plenty storage. Definitely warm enough. The bar area is comfortable and plenty space for the kids to relax while adults do the same. Decor throughout isn't amazing but it's great for a budget hotel. Beds are comfortable and clean. The lady at reception was fantastic. Absolute credit to the hotel and more than happy to help. We arrived early and she allowed us to leave belongings while we took kids to Pleasure beach. Professional to the guests before us who were less than polite and fantastic with the kids. Added plints for loving board games and not letting one nippy customer ruin her day. Would happily book again for our next stay in Blackpool.
I prefer a cooler room but the room was like a sauna and only one window coukd be opened. Easily rectified as we switched the heaters off and opened said window but may be worth being mindful that old buildings hold heat and a half setting instead of full might suffice. That being said, if I wanted a warm room, it'd be perfect. My preference would have been for us to be able to increase the heat rather than try to reduce. Cosmetically, the red blinds don't fit for a hotel. The lack of curtains means you get an odd glow from the red blinds and the streetlights.

Great location, situated between the south and central piers, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. My clothes were creased from the suitcase and had no problems getting an iron from reception. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the office after checking out, as our train home wasn't until evening. The room and bedding were spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable and slept well for our two night stay. There's some negative reviews about WiFi not working, but we had no issues in our ground floor twin room and first floor single room, and could stream music on my Bluetooth speaker without any buffering. I've also seen negative comments about showers being too hot, but again we had no problems. I don't understand why so many people have complained about the damage deposit... it clearly states on booking.com and in the booking confirmation email from Las Palmas that a damage deposit is required on arrival and returned upon an inspection at checkout. We had no issues doing that, and after a quick two minute wait, our deposit was returned. All in all a great stay at Las Palmas and excellent value for money. We would definately stay again next time we're in Blackpool. Big thank you to the guy at reception who made us feel very welcome. 👍🏻👍🏻
There weren't enough hangers in the wardrobe of our twin room, but my brother in the single room upstairs had extras, so we used those. The water in our shower cubicle drained very slowly and were worried it might start overflowing, but after turning down the water pressure a little, it was fine. I forgot to mention it at reception, as I'm sure it would soon be fixed if they knew about it. These are such small niggles, and does not affect my opinion of the hotel which is a real bargain!

We travelled from London. It was very easy to locate and in a perfect location with everything you need a short walk away. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and again clean. Kettle, tea, coffee and milk in the room. They have a bar and pool table downstairs which was great. You are given key fob access to get in the hotel at any time during the night they just request that you are respectable and quiet between the hours of 10pm and 6am. There is a ramp if you are in a wheel chair but make sure you request a downstairs room. The staff are amazing, very kind, always smiling and helpful. :)
Inside the property, hallways could do with some updating, quite dull. Didn’t like the motion sensor lightening. Shower room was very small. Didn’t have a lock on the door which I think it could do with. Could also do with some towel rails. Modernising would be great. Walking through the hallways was a little sad so brightening up would be good but other than that, for the price, cannot complain at all. It either gets cold or hot in the small room so maybe a fan available in the room and some extra sheets or even a duvet. I did miss a duvet.
