great location on the sea front between south and central pier. safe key fob entry. free off road parking. very relaxed check out times so no rush in the morning. friendly man on front desk happy to help whenever needed. surprisingly quiet to say our room was sea front facing. room lovely and warm.

all other facilities advertised in the hotel were closed (not sure if this was due to the time of the year though or if closed all together now). shower was unbearably hot unless just turned on slightly at a trickle.

Location excellent, hosts Alan and miles very friedly, onsite parking, onsite bar with entertainment with Cher and Neil diamond tribute act fantastic barman miles done a fab job, , breakfast is lovely, beds very comfy for sleeping, clean n tidy great walking distant for pleasure park South pier and central pier. Close to tram stops .

Issue with fresh towels. Did request for 2 days for fresh towels, Very short on clean towels only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each for 4 people staying for 4 nights.

On arrival staff we're very friendly and welcoming, I loved the fact they had a beautiful dog that would greet us at the door she was very friendly and sweet, all the staff including catering and cleaning staff every last one did excellent, I slept amazingly and so did my child, stepping out onto the beach front every morning felt amazing and beautiful to see, breakfast was amazing so much on offer to suite everyone's needs, we will definitely be back again next year

I honestly can't think of a thing.

The hotel was just what we needed, the room was of a good size and perfect location, wish we had paid extra for a sea view, but we were only staying for one night otherwise I would have, The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the bar was great in the evening for a drink, and I understand they have a DJ on a weekend, which I had come on a weekend now, lol. The breakfast was perfect for the morning, so we had a good start to the day, cant wait to return.

Nothing Everything was Good!

The rooms needed abit of tlc and updating bit other than that it was OK I was happy with the way the landlord decorated the room for my friends birthday and got her a bottle of wine and some presents he was very nice

The bathroom cyling looked like was going to fall through cause looked very damp and in the room aswell wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the windows needed a clean cause u could not see out of them cause it was that dirty

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was nice. The staff were lovely. Karaoke/disco Friday and Saturday night. Right on seafront. What more could you ask for?! We enjoyed our stay and are returning September.

The only thing I could criticise was the room was a little on the small size but we've still booked again for September and we've asked for a bigger room.

Really enjoyed our stay, can't wait to return, really friendly hotel and very quiet at night once the bar closes which is midnight, really clean there were 4 housekeeping staff and its not even the season yet! The room was a good size I might pay the extra next time and get a sea view, you are very central fir everything and situated in the middle of two tram stops if going further afield, the guy on reception was very helpful and extremely friendly. We will be back!

Had a very good stay the room was perfect and clean and a good size, the shop was good when you needed essential items, especially when I forgot my shaving foam, the bar in the evening was good, very lively and friendly, and the breakfast each morning was good. cant wait to return.

The room was a bit dated if I had to find a fault but it had no effect on my stay, and cant wait to return.

we liked the great views of the promenade the location right on the front. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean the staff were friendly and always around to help.

the bed and room were abit on the small side. the rooms had a few cosmetic issues but nothing that really bothered us.

The staff member was lovely and had the most sweetest dog ever. Easy access in and out the hotel and plenty of space for parking. Not to far from anything, main pier was about a 20 min walk. Would definitely stay here again

The shower was missing a part so it was leaking water at you which was freezing cold so you had to stay right up the glass to not be hit by it.
