In the middle of all and 2 min away from beach very nice and polite staff we had breakfast wile we was there and was very nice for the price cheap breakfast the room we had was sea view top floor it was a family room it was immaculately cleaned loads of room and all you can ask for in the room was a little expensive I thought but it dos look like they have just renovated the room we was in to a very high standard very good job they have done I would give this place a 8 of 10

Location was good, 10 min walk either way to central pier or south pier. The room was immaculate, the beds were comfy and the staff were friendly 😁

We didn't know when the breakfast was going to be on. On our first morning (Tuesday) the diner was open and we got some breakfasts there were lovely and decent priced. We went down the next 2 mornings to find it closed and no one was about to ask if it was going to open. Then on Friday as we left we saw it was open so went in again. It was just a shame that there was no sign for times when it was open and closed.

Upon arrival we was greeted by Constantine and what a lovely friendly guy he is and his family, we was upgraded to a sea view room as it would be bigger and we literally couldn’t fault a thing, the rooms were massive, spotless and had everything you needed, the food also in their diner was absolutely delicious we have loved every minute and we will all definitely be back thank you guys and see you next year xxx

Amazing experience all round. Welcoming, child friendly, excellent destination, clean and spacious room, amazing views out of the bay window straight onto he beach and food served each day, morning and evening. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were always on hand if needed. I will definitely be returning in the future when visiting Blackpool.

Lovely, great value room. Constantine was very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant also, right by all the attractions. We tried breakfast in the diner, which was also very good, with great service. My children loved the theme. We will definitely be back.

Check-in was initially a little difficult. However, when Constantine arrived, all went smoothly. He helped with my bags and, on departure, called me a taxi to the train station. Thank you for your help.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel with my family. Manager very nice and helpful, restaurant staff also very nice. The restaurant is decorated in a retro style, very clean, the food is good. The apartment on the first floor is spacious and very clean. The price in relation to the quality is very affordable. We will definitely go back there

Excellent location to all attractions walking. Able to park car on front car park. Exceptionally clean apartment with all necessary mod cons. Tea and coffee supplied. Quiet and warm. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Friendly staff, good communication and availability. Spacious enough for family of 5.

It met all of our requirements. Nothing bad to say.

Staff are lovely and very accommodating. My son and i came to stay for his 10th birthday, he was excited to see the banners and balloons in our room. We arrived a few hour before check it, were allowed to leave our luggage then go for food. When we got back luggage had been moved to room for us. The room was clean, comfortable and seems like newly referbed and decorated. Plenty of brew stuff, couple of drink in the fridge, plenty of towels. Food was amazing fror the dinner (we had breakfast 2 mornings). On check out we were also able to leave luggage until it was time to catch the train. Would recommend to anyone, fantastic all round. On the front cloes enough to easily walk between peirs and attractions but still calmer and quieter than being next to attractions

A lot of stairs, but nothing really concerned

The Charlton Aparthotel is in a perfect location to both South and Central piers. Property is in beautiful condition and kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. We stayed in the Family room and it was spacious, modern and had great facilities such as iron, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, toaster. Teas and coffee also provided. The views from this property were picturesque also. Host was fantastic, a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived and went above and beyond to make our stay. Would highly recommend this property to others and look forward to returning.
