READ IN FULL WE came here last night after reading some of these shocking reviews we was sceptical but we arrived it was spotless amazing location it was quiet comfy beds and staff ring before you arrive and when u leave to ask how you are and if you enjoyed your stay am so glad we booked and didn’t change our minds I’d definitely come back again we was surprised how clean and nice it was xx

This review is for St elmo as I got moved. Rocky the man running St elmo is an amazing man and he represents your company brilliantly. I lost my bank card and would have had to leave 2 days early but he went out of his way letting me transfer him money and he went to cashpoint and drew it out, absolutely above and beyond and I plan on visiting St elmo again in the future

Staff very polite and aproachable and showed us where everything was and gave us the wi fi code etc. Location was amazing, literally 3 minutes walk to the beach, amazing.

Could have had more window that opened, but the one that were fitted did open wide.

We had a bathroom which we didn't expect the room was lovely and comfortable

The set of keys we had wouldn't work on the front door and someone had taken the key that was left outside for everyone ro use so we were left waiting outside in the cold for someone to come and open the door for us

Great value for money if, like us, you are just looking for a bed for the night. Loads of shops and takeaways nearby but is a little walk off the main promenade- great for us though as this made it a quieter location

There was a problem with the door and we were locked out at 11.30. Luckily there was a staff member on site but it took around 30mins to be able to get in and then when we said the door was broken he just shrugged it off

the WiFi was good and the signal was great

there was only one towel in the room and there was 2 people booked in

I liked that the room had an ensuite bathroom, TV and a kettle with tea and coffee 😀 it was a lovely room and was clean and tidy, there was even WiFi too which was great

Clean hotel room - well presented. Very helpful - sent a email explaining the check in process. Excellent service and good size room.
