There was nothing we didn't like

We had a lovely spacious family room looking over the sea ..room was lovely very clean..with an en suite shower which was immaculate Bar facilities are very nice very reasonably priced Great choice for breakfast

I honestly have nothing that I didn’t like the owners were very nice

Amazing little hotel that feels like home from home. Great location close to the seafront, tram system and local amenities. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the bed was so comfy. The staff are all so lovely who work here, they really make you feel welcome.

the location was fantastic- right on the sea front, about a 15 min walk to the pleasure beach. There was parking and we didn’t need to worry about finding somewhere. Simon the owner could not have been more helpful - he stayed up after midnight to check us in as we drove a long way and then was up early cooking delicious breakfasts. The decor in the rooms was not really to my taste but everything you needed was there and it was lovely and clean. The bar was reasonably priced and well stocked.

The waitress at breakfast got everything right but could have been more cheerful - she looked very grumpy when we asked her to fill our water bottles.

Simon was very friendly and welcoming at our state went above and beyond for me and my mum and we will definitely be staying here every time we visit Blackpool now
