Very up to date with the gadgets of the room, had a remote for everything was so fun

The room was dirty needed a good clean and could do with a refresh, can tell there has been a lot of money spent on this hotel so it’s a shame that the room felt dirty and tired

Excellent value for money for an overnight beach front hotel. Clean and tidy. We didn’t drink in the bar but it was very well stocked. Tram stop right outside, short walk to the pleasure beach. Booked a small double and it was exactly that. Basic accommodation, serving the purpose of somewhere to sleep and freshen up. The shower was hot and plenty powerful. Staff on arrival helpful and pleasant. Hair dryer, iron and toiletries provided, good size TV and nice bedside reading lamps. USB ports on sockets.

A mat or hand towel for the bathroom floor would have been useful, one might have been provided if we’d asked but we managed without. Door to our room was very narrow, other doors looked a standard size and it was just the location of the room that meant a standard door wasn’t suitable. Not a big problem, just awkward for carrying bags

The bar area and the vending machine which didn't just stock food/ drinks but also toothpaste razors etc.

Our checkout was 12:30 and we loaded up the car but didn't yet hand in our key card. We had gone for breakfast, came back to our room to check if we'd collected everything and the room had already been evacuated. The bad thing was, the guy who ran the place spoke to our friend poorly who also wanted to go to his room to collect his property but his key card didn't work and rather than apologising to our friend, he spoke to him very rude. It was a lovely place but maybe the staff member could use his manners just like we politely did.

The room and facilities were excellent, great tv’s not the usual postage stamp size, really comfortable bed slept like a log,

The property was great, unfortunately my wife was going to use the spa bath, and when she ran the bath as it filled a large amount of hairs appeared in the water, I had a word with the staff member in the bar, he offered to sort it out straight away, but because of the time it was I said no, but I showed him the video of it and suggested he have a strong word with the cleaner, I feel that it is wrong to slate a great hotel room because the cleaner failed to do the job

Rooms were adequate and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the plans we had.

Rooms were clean but there was a lot of heavy dust in the light fittings, down the side of beds and radiators. For a three night stay the bins were not emptied or tea and coffee facilities replenished. There was no one staff wise around until late afternoons. The bed was bobbled significantly to where you were uncomfortable but given the temperature we just slept onto top of the quilt. Had it been chilly we would have found this very uncomfortable

We liked the location with seafront views. The room size for the family was excellent. The bed linen was fresh and clean. We had tea & coffee making facilities although needed to ask for milk sachets as only 2 for a family of 4, however reception provided more on request.

Bedroom: Attention to detail as far as cleaning required. Carpet under bunk beds and around the skirtings not vacuumed properly. Skirting required dusting. Bathroom: more detailed cleaning around edges and corners would have been preferred. Sanitary ware and shower was perfectly clean.

The outside had good curb appeal. The lounge/bar area was beautiful had a pool table, decor was outstanding. The building inside was high ceiling which made it feel open and airy. We were in family room 10 opened the door and was a breathtaken sea view absolutely beautiful. The room was big with 2 great double beds and a set of single bunk beds high ceilings, decent amount of storage, TV, the bathroom was a nice size with a walk in shower. Decor was modern nice bright and clean. We couldn't hear anything from above us below or through the wall and with the beds being comfortable we were able to get a great sleep. There was a well stocked shelfing unit downstairs in the hall just outside reception if you needed extra toiletries loo roll etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful also gave you different parking options not pushing you to use and pay for the apartments car park although we did. There was plenty of eating options for you with a restaurant right next door. You also have a tram stop practically right across the road. We've been going to Blackpool for many years now and this has to be the best place we've stayed yet. Can't wait to return in the near future.

The accommodation for the price was reallly good, very comfortable rooms and the staff were amazing the whole time we were there, very friendly and accommodating. There was a vending machine with a few things in which we had forgotten, wouldn't accept card but was fine to accept cash, staff helped out at every opportunity, rooms were basic but had everything we needed, including hair dryers, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, clean bedding and towels. Staff recommended the spa rooms below the bar which were said to be nice. The bar was well stocked and the local beer was really nice, loads of games available in the bar for families to use, plus a pool table, again the staff were really friendly and helpful. My daughter left her I pad in her room and we went back 3 hours later and the staff had been trying to ring us and contact us the whole time. Very honest, couldn't recommend enough. Upstairs communal toilet was very modern, with a heated toilet etc. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Would like to give a special thank you to Ryan for being a great staff member and making our stay very comfortable.

I think the only negative my friends had would be to have more pillows on the bed, but that didn't bother me as I don't use many. Also we probably would of bought more from the vending machine if it would of accepted our cards.

This has to be the best hotel I’ve been too it was sooo nice me and my partner was talking about how we could live there 😂 the guy behind the bar that checked us in was also amazing and kind we had the spa bath and omg I loved it, it was massive and there was led lights in there !! Speakers everywhere the toilet seat was heated ! Was a bidet and had a dryer in there LED lights throughout the whole room!! Rose petals on the bed and personally I found the bed really comfortable it was like foams so it’s hard when you first sit on it but then you perfectly sink in the tv had Netflix paramout plus prime everything you wanted to watch you can led lights surounding it too so sad we only stayed one night would go back just to spend our whole time in there tbf !! There’s also a room overlooking the sea front me and my partner sad there and played card games that were at the place everyone ignore the bad reviews proably the best place you can get in Blackpool !!

Overall I loved everything the only thing that others might not like but personally didn’t effect us in anyway and we really didn’t care about was there was a lot of rust around the metal bedside table and the table that had the coffe machine on it but it doesn’t effect your stay at all !!

Staff was lovely when we went back after being out all afternoon .The staff didn't know we had difficulty in stairs, and we were put way up top .It was our fault as we didn't realise how many flights of stairs there were and said they could off put us in lower rooms if we had requested, but they helped with our luggage also when I asked if we could take a drink from the bar to our room the lovely lady said she would bring them up for us if we wanted any.we sat in the bar area looking out of the windows which was lovely,she was really helpfull I just wish I could remember her name xx Shower 🚿 room was beautiful
