The location is amazing! We had a wonderful sea view, the beach was literally over the road and the South pier 2mins walk. The room was a good size, clean and with comfortable beds. Great sized TV and plenty of storage room. A bath towel was available for everyone as well as a hand towel. Other than when people were either going to or leaving their room, it was very quiet, even with a tiki bar out front. We loved the room and would return.

The room is basic, no hair dryer, no clothes hangers etc It's been a long time since I had to write my details and that of all my party (including child) down when booking in anywhere - most of this info had already been given on booking.com. This was whilst being told the many rules and being asked for a cash deposit. Whilst I don't have a problem with this, it feels very old fashioned and not very welcoming. The staff were lovely though. I understand the need for rules in a hotel room, but a welcome and some information of the local area etc would make it feel more inviting. Very wobbly table so we didn't use it.

After reading some bad reviews we were worried after booking. But honestly do not take any notice to bad reviews. Lady on reception was lovely speaking away to our son, greeted with a smile. Room was spotless, very clean and had everything you need for our stay. Beds were comfortable, we liked how it was like a little separate room so had a double then was split so the single was behind a different wall, giving us our own space. Location was perfect and amazing view of the beach and pier. £60 security deposit asked for on arrival and cash. No problems with this being returned to us on checkout. Would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely stay next time we are in Blackpool. For a £59 stay you possibly couldn’t ask for any more

Was unaware that there was Dj loud music which wasn’t a problem but having a baby me and my partner asked reception around what time the music was closing (for an idea in mind) -this wasn’t a complaint at all but a man that work here who was talking to the lady at the desk was making it out like we was complaining which wasn’t the case and came across very rude, we was just asking in the sake of our child which turned out okay but still heard the music outside until 9pm which we were told would but off by around 7ish

last min booking due to poor conditions of the one booked before hand, so glad i booked this place in the end clean well presents just like the advertising, keys for the doors, easy to access, love the parking right outside not bothered about paying for it just glad the cars right there room i was in was lovely and modern tv works great, hot water straight away, lovely view, defiantly my go to stay for black pool bed was that soft and comfy it gave me bad back! because i'm not used to the comfort it was that soft! ( good thing)

Booked last minute. Great price. Lovely clean family room. Very modern bathroom. Was very surprised as I've stayed in some bad hotels in blackpool, however this one was great. £60 damage deposit required on arrival however no issues getting this back on checking out. No problems at all and great location. Two minute walk to the pier and lots of shops/food places close by.

Guests in the next room banging doors and talking loudly at 6.50am (despite many notices asking guests to not bang doors) Other than that, all fine.

We booked last minute and we are so glad we chose this hotel. Check in was super easy, even came out to show me where is best to park. The room was absolutely SPOTLESS and the bathroom with shower was also beautiful. All fresh bedding and towels provided. The bed was so comfy, me and my partner had the best sleep. Even though it is on the main road it was so quiet and peaceful. We will be definitely booking here again in the future as it is such brilliant value for money.

We loved everything, the only thing I would improve was that curtains were up at the window as it can get really bright in the morning.

As you go in, it smells clean. The woman that checked us in is lovely and friendly, always has plenty of time for you and always makes you feel as though nothing is too much. The room was spotless, beds were pure white sheets no marks and no dirt (would love to know how they get them to stay so white). Both the double bed and the single bed are comfortable and I must say I had an excellent 2 nights sleep and so did my youngest who isn't a good sleeper. Location is excellent 5 minute walk to south pier, about half hour slow stroll to central pier or the tram. Best thing I found staying there is waking up to the sound of the sea regardless of the weather. This is my 3rd stay now and already looking to book my 4th with all of the family 😄

The weekend didn't last long enough!!!! I can't fault the hotel, staff were excellent, it was clean and tidy and location is fab!

The male at reception was extremely helpful and very polite. The room was also very clean, easy to connect to the WiFi, decent size tv in the room if you wanted to watch it, nice bathroom and beds really comfy! You need to pay 60 deposit on top of the stay incaae of damages, which is understand, has to be paid cash though so ensure you have cash when you check in. You sign paperwork etc and then get it back once you return the key, TV remote and they have checked the room.

The temperature in our room was quite cold, not freezing but it was a bit chilly. Other than that I can't fault them

Great Drink condiments in the rooms on arrival, nice fresh cotton towels. The Family room 111 was spotless and lovely we really enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The en suite bathroom was beautiful the shower was newly fitted it was the best shower I’ve had in any hotel my 8 year old says! Soaps and towels plenty of toilet rolls in the bathroom. Our booking was last Minute and luckily they had space we chose the best hotel and we will definitely be back soon! Lovely friendly staff the landlady/receptionist is lovely helped us with issues on parking and gave us advice on where is best to park. Nice friendly family orientated buisness that accommodates families instead of having your nose turned up at you because you have young children. My kids absolutely loved it next time we will arrive earlier and stay longer! Looking forward to the next visit.

Maybe more drink options at the tiki bar as they kept running out of fizzy drinks such as cola but that’s not an issue if you have been busy, However, lemonade was offered instead.

The location is faultless, perfect for pleasure beach, swimming and beach right across the road. Also right next to tram stops and plenty of places to eat! The hotel itself is large and the room (103) we stayed in was a fantastic size and spotless clean. My only complaint was how hot it was with no window to open. There was a balcony type thing but could not open the door for any air and as it was on a fire escape didn’t feel too safe even if I could open. The WIFi doesn’t connect in the rooms which is something that could be used, especially with phones and iPads and children. The tiki bar downstairs is ok although I didn’t use it. The DJ needs to learn however that the base on his speakers doesn’t need to be up an max, especially at 10.30pm at night. I did try to call down to reception but there was no response. I’ve seen some reviews with people complaining about £60 security deposit, this is fair enough in my opinion and is stated on booking.com. We received it back without any hiccups. It’s not difficult to just look after the room. Overall it was a nice, comfortable stay with just a few adjustments needing made. Would I stay again? Yes I would. The blonde woman on reception is absolutely lovely, chatty and extremely helpful. She made our stay even nicer.
