You get was you pay for. While it wasn't the cleanest the beds and shower were fine. I don't think you can expect much more for the price and as advertised this is a 2 star hotel and feel it should be rated as according as would be unfair to expect a better standard. The people were friendly and accommodating. I would stay again. Was only a place to get our head down and was suitable... cheap and cheerful.

We stayed in room A4 . It was clean and very spacious. I was pleased it was ground floor because of having my two little dogs with me . My only criticism would be there was no hot water for a shower at night time. We needed this because of showering off the sand after a day on the beach . Other than that everything else was great

It could do with a tidy up at the front . There was a broken chair left on its side well in view and cigarette ends on the floor ( those these aren’t the fault of the hotel ).

Ann the owner was lovely could not do enough for you room/apartment was spotless We paid extra for breakfast and that was lovely all fresh. Highly recommend you would never know it was pet friendly nothing in the room to make you think a dog had been in the room. Me and my brother and his dog (Nova) will be returning next season. Well done

A small feedback remark would be helpful to have the WiFi password in the room on a note indicating this information.

Excellent location with a spectacular view! Nice big room to accommodate our family of 5, we arrived 2 hours early and were able to check in straight away as the room was ready which made our day! We will definitely be booking again for our yearly trips to Blackpool

Only issue was the shower was not working, we were only able to get freezing water, however it was explained a new boiler was being fitted so we understood and it wasn't to much of an issue

Very clean hotel, promenade location so great for getting places easy. Balcony rooms available which was really good. Lovely woman on reception (didn't catch her name). Room was spotlessly clean. Little seating area in room which was handy and some stools for sitting out on balcony to enjoy the lovely sea view. Great pricing. Overall great hotel, would definitely come and stay again!!

A little dated but still a lovely hotel. Very loud extractor fan in bathroom, scared to put light on at night in case it woke others during the night. Could do with more cups in room for tea/coffee.

Huge family room which was a total suprise. Fresh towels and lovely big bathroom. Was brilliant all round. The lady owner was so lovely and sorted out an issue with 5 minutes nothing was too much trouble. We were a bit dubious before arriving as some of the reviews weren't great but we gave it the benefit of the doubt and was pleasantly suprised. Even better macdonalds is next door the kids were in their element 😊 Thanks again was lovely.

Car parking was a tad expensive but owned by ncp 14.95 for 24 hours something to consider if you're staying for more than 1 night.

The hotel is near the south pier. Right on the promenade, great location, beds were spotless and very comfortable. The lady that owns it is lovely and very friendly, you don't get bothered by her. Our bathroom was massive and clean enough but not modern could be doing with a revamp.

The place is run down it could be doing with a freshen up everywhere. Painting etc , it is an old building so only so much could be done to it .

Accommodated our needs exceptionally well. Ann on the front desk was lovely and was always helpful. The rooms are a good size and beds were comfortable. We booked for a place to sleep and it certainly worked well for our group of 10. The location is brilliant if you plan to spend most of your time down south shore. Overall couldn’t complain for the price paid and I would stay again for the same purpose.

Did have a couple of problems with the showers across the two rooms but these things happen and the staff got the right people in to resolve the situation pretty swiftly.

The owner is so nice . The room I had is on the ground floor and very clean and tidy bed is comfortable and with a sea view. And this hotel is perfect for the time of year I stay here . As I am a five minute walk to the train station and a ten mins walk to the Waterloo bar where I go for my friends gigs. I'm already looking forward to my stay here next aug .

Loved it. Booked penthouse apartment for the weekend and was delighted with it. Location was brilliant. Bigger than I expected and room was clean, warm and ready well before our arrival time. Staff were lovely. Didnt each much breakfast (down to I'll health ) so hotel owner waived the charge. Much appreciated. Really loved our stay.
