We stayed here the night after we got married as a night away to process it all. We checked in no problem and upgraded to have our dinner there too. Was a lovely touch to have a bottle of prosecco brought to us on the house as a congratulations. Room was clean, access was easy when coming back after a few too many beers. Overall, a nice time. Staff, in particular one of the desk managers and Sheila, the restaurant manager, are huge stand outs from this trip.

We didn't have a clue how the restaurant worked and forgot our key card in our room as this hadn't been fully explained to us. We were spoken to out of turn because of this by a member of the restaurant team. However, Sheila and the lady from the desk were FANTASTIC at sorting this out.

Everything is great, the staff, the food, the entertainment, the location is good and it’s easy to park on the premises. Food quality is always good here with plenty of choice. Staff are very friendly and efficient and the entertainment side of things is second to none. Room was clean and beds are comfy. Relaxed atmosphere because it’s an adult only hotel.

Not enough wall sockets. It’s a bit hard to find your way to your room but I guess most big hotels are like that in Blackpool and once you’ve gotten used to where you’re going it’s becomes easier

Firstly my request for a lower ground room due to back problems was met couldn,t have been more happier, all meals were .of a great choice and variety to meet everyones prefrences, plenty of room in dining room .

only fault was bedroom window was not safe or stable for being on a ground floor, when window was shut and handle in the locked position i could still just push it open with just my hand applying pressure without moving the handle back to the unlocked position .

The hotel was nice and comfortable, communal areas such as the bars, restaurant and entertainment area were nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The lifts aren’t exactly roomy, very small and squashy, glad the hotel wasn’t full otherwise it would be a nightmare, didn’t like the fact in the cafe bar, the bar closed at 5 then you have to go upstairs to the other bar to have a drink. The drainage in our room wasn’t exactly brilliant but with us only being there one night, didn’t really have a massive issue for us. The original room wasn’t cleaned upon check in but the reception staff couldn’t have done more than enough to give us a bigger and better room after apologising multiple times which I thought was amazing. Hats off to all the staff.

Room was nice. One of the lights beside the bed did not stay on independently of the other. It wasn’t a big issue and I didn’t report it - I’m sure if I did it would have been fixed. Food as always was very good and plentiful. Entertainment was also good although on one night there was no compare, however 3 acts were on to make up for this. They were all very good. Another night the comedian, Carl stood in for Buddy Lee. I have previously said that I am not keen on his act, I am no prude but although he can be funny occasionally his act depends far too much on explicit sexual innuendo. The other comedian who was on earlier in the week was excellent. We liked all the singers, there was a good variety.

I love that it's adults only, also bed breakfast and evening meal. We were in a room that had been updated so that was nice. Staff are friendly enough. We've been a few times now.

The room was absolutely boiling. There was a building outside the room, so no air could come through. We had the window open and put a deposit on a fan. It was still red hot. Out table for breakfast and evening meal was und3r the air con so it was freezing lol

Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. The entertainment was very good, which made our stay a lovely experience.

My only comment would be when I gave a tip to reception for the hotel in general, the receptionist told me that each department looks after its own tipping. This seems a bit unfair, surely it would be better for a central tip box which could be shared equally. All staff, in my opinion were very good but you can’t go round tipping each and every staff member.

Staff lovely. Fabulous entertainment and great food.

We stay at this hotel every year and have done for the past 12 years. We have stayed in various rooms and although the room itself was nice the bathroom is not fit for purpose. Room 116 bathroom is 5ft square if that! The toilet is not accessible especially for an elderly person or anyone fatter than a size 14. Both myself and my elderly mother have bruises trying to access it. I asked for an alternative but no one could oblige this. Would definitely stay at the hotel again but don’t stay in this room.

Absolutely fantastic little gem of a hotel from everything from the staff to the food to the rooms, Absolutely loved the entertainment probably the best all inclusive I have ever had and we have had a fair few, food is so good I couldn't belive I was eating at a 3 star hotel, highly recommend, me and my partner really enjoyed out stay thanks.

Only downside was the noise the other guests were making upstairs continuously walking around creaking floor but suppose that can't be helped not the hotels fault.

There was a place to charge my mobility scooter an I could leave it over night. The breakfast was great. It was hot and regularly topped up with fresh produce. The room was spacious and the view was exceptional ( 3rd Floor sea view ). Windows were clean. Plenty of milk and tea in the room and no problem when I asked for more milk. Service was good in the dining room. Empty plates were taken away very quickly. Comedian and singer were very good in the concert room. Residents could book a table.

Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. There was no shelf in the shower or in the bathroom. There was no socket beside the bed to plug in my CPAC machine. I had to use an extension cable from the kettle socket. The tables were squashed together in the dining room. Not much room to get to buffet and back to table carrying food. No ramp to get into the hotel. Mobility scooter had to be carried up and down 2 steps.
