Really hospitable with a really friendly host. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. Close access to South Pier, the trams, A really good clean sea front pub, the pleasure beach and the casino. Parking oposite was free and seemed always available. Couldn't really ask for more.

Location was excellent, price was brilliant £75 for a room that sleeps 2 adults and 3 children for 2 nights. Staff were friendly and helpful and I like the fact you get a key to the front door to come as go as you please. Nice little outdoor area if you smoke like myself. Free wi fi excellent most places we have stayed advertises free wi fi and it never works. Kids were happy. We had a lovely weekend.

The bathroom could have been a bit better it was a curtain instead of a door but for the price and location I can live with that.

The hotel was easy walk to pleasure beach. The host Mark was friendly & at the end of the phone if needed. The beds were clean and comfy, there was plenty of tea & coffee sachets. Was in two minds whether to book this as some mixed reviews but glad I did as only needed a one night stay last minute and this was so cheap so didn't expect the ritz but it was fine for a night.

The height of ceiling in room the beams were low in places so few bumps for my 6'2" husband! The bathroom was tiny and could have done with a bit of tlc on tiles and the shower curtain didn't quite fit so floor got soaked!

This was a £20 a night room I didn’t expect much when arrived have to ring manager he arrived in 10 mins freee WiFi which was fast tv in room no remote but turned on and it’s tuned to aerial not hdmi room is basic had a toilet and shower spotless maybe needs a freshen up in decorating but it was 20 quid a night not expecting the ritz clean towels bedding was clean and smelled fresh plenty of tea and coffee street and hotel was quiet at night view from window was of the pier with the slingshot on it this is how close the hotel is to main attractions and can see the sea.. bed was ok basic with 2 pillows each I slept fine overall for somewhere to sleep this is perfect for cheap and cheerful don’t understand the low rating when probably paid less than £30 a night

Friendly welcome even though i was late. My room was fine and we slept well. There is a variety of places to eat and buy food , also a couple of handy shops, but if you like to use a cashpoint beware , most nearby ones are out of order. The South shore area is typical Blackpool and you have tram stops and bus routes on your doorstep and if i stood on a chair i I could see the sea. It was great value for money and I will go again, in fact next month.

If the lounge opened before ten I could of got my milk out the fridge and had my cereal.

As soon as we got there the owner took all Of our bags and as we’d booked 2 seperate double rooms asked if we’d like to see the family room and have that instead, which we did. We had an adjoining room for the kids to sleep in. It was right by the fair, sandcastle and amusements. We could not of asked for anywere better! They had a games room on the ground floor were we played pool with the kids and listened to music. Next time I go to Blackpool I without a doubt will be booking here again!!!

It was quiet, a great location great value for money I was here for a 2 week rest I received new fresh bedding when ever I asked for it as well has plenty of tea and milk the owner is very hardworking helpful and very friendly and I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel for everyone

There is nothing to dislike the hotel the owner and the service is excellent I look forward to coming back in the summer

The guy was so nice and made us feel so welcome, he was more than fair with us, you get left to your own devices wich is really good, as it felt more family like, everything is with in close range, shop is 30 seconds from the hotel, sea front is 40 seconds from the hotel, really good vale for money, I would definitely visit again,

No bar, no breakfast in the morning, but, ur aloud to have ur own drink in the chill room, there is darts pool table and music,, outher wise we enjoyed our selvs,

Really good price and location. It was just what my kids & myself wanted somewhere to sleep and store ower belongings it was right by the beach and sandcastle, the owner was friendly made my kids & myself feel welcome and chip shop right next door which was also handy.

Slight damp smell as I came out of our room from other guests shower room. We had our own bathroom which was good but the floor in that got wet when you used the shower.

Property was great for the price. Had a small outside area and an inside lounge with tvs, a fridge, darts and a pool table.

Would’ve been nicer if there was a proper door on the bathroom so we didn’t have to listen to each other on the toilet. Had noisy neighbours which was expected however there was families staying there and didn’t think it was appropriate for a middle aged couple to be blasting music late into the night on a Thursday evening.
