The place was so affordable, which I was dubious about as we're a family of 6 so not many places can fit us in 1 room, I'm usually charged for 2! But we took a risk having never stayed at the Jeanne before and I'm glad we did! We were about 3 mins walking distance from the South Pier! The rooms aren't huge, but they comfortably fit me, my husband and 4 children in! The tea and coffee and netflix on the TV were a lovely touch! The staff were so friendly and chatty. There isn't a curfew in this hotel, which I appreciated as we got home late and weren't locked out!! The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean and the hotel itself was clean. I would say the property was slightly basic, but that being said, if I was to return to Blackpool, I'd book the Jeanne in a heartbeat! Clean properties with friendly staff are hard to come by in Blackpool! Believe me!!

My only issue with this property was there was no parking. There's a few carparks in the neighbouring streets, but we have a Land Rover and our car was too tall for the carparks!! I think most had a height limit of about 1.9m(?) and we had a roof box on top of the car too!! So we had to park quite far away and my husband went and moved the car to outside the hotel later on at night!

The owner of the property is very friendly and helpful anything you need and she is there this is the second time we have stayed here and we would happily go back again bed so comfy room lovely and warm and the atmosphere is very inviting

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like to be honest I just wish they’re was a little fridge for pop and yogurts and maybe a microwave or something as it’s so expensive for food around the area so we always had to eat out although we did manage by getting pot noodles for night time

Ideal location for south pier, pleasure beach and Wetherspoons! Just a short walk from all locations! Staff were very friendly, chatty and welcoming! Allowed us to drop our bags into our room slightly earlier than check in time as they were just finishing off our room, which was greatly appreciated as we had SeaLife booked! On street parking available if you’re lucky but if not a couple doors down there is a small car park, we paid only £24 from 2pm Tuesday-11am Thursday!

Only thing I could say is a little redecorating may be needed as in our room there was quite a bit of ripped/peeled wallpaper, but really not a big issue!

Upon arrival the lady on reception was very welcoming and explained everything to us. Really nice and polite lady. We stayed in two rooms both rooms were clean and tidy! Towels all left out all clean. Room 6 I stayed in was very spacious, beds comfy, an the bathroom was nice and clean. A shoutout to the cleaner she was also very kind polite lady! I would definitely stay here again. An it is close to the pier.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It was just a shame they do not serve breakfast but the girls say about the cafe over the road which is very cheap and was nice!

margret was excellent she made us feel very welcome the room was clean comfortable the shower was very good as well as the bathroom I would recommend JEANNE HOTEL to Family and friends the location was also excellent a 5 minute walk to the south pier you could see the south pier from the front door of the hotel the places to eat were excellent take aways also a spar on the corner , weatherspoon was near Pablos fish and chips was delicious . definitely would return to JEANNE HOTEL on our next stay in Blackpool . A Big Thank you to Margaret for her hospitality she went above and Beyond to meet our needs. The price was per night was Excelkent . the room was a good size for 3 adults and one child

Clean room which is the main thing I wanted. Plenty of room for the family and basic facilities. Location is great with a Spoons at the end of the road and waterpark we were visiting 5 mins walk. Pleasant owner who was kind to our children.

No bar/restaurant. The downstairs is now converted to the owners living quarters. There is the smell of stale smoke around the building I think coming from the owners rooms.

Myself my husband and granddaughter stayed here as a little birthday treat for our granddaughters birthday. When we arrived we were greeted and given all housekeeping and this was done professionally and friendly, not many rules but just the necesary and it was reiterated that any problems at all we were to ring the bell x also nice selection of coffee, tea, milk and a kettle and clean mugs in the room x beds very comfy I actually slept better here than at home

The only thing we didn't like was that we only stayed one night

The room was everything we could have wanted. Comfortable, spacious, clean, warm, perfectly located for our planned events, great value for money, room was perfectly suited for our family (two adults, two teens 17 and 14 and an 8 year old), great WiFi and a smart TV too. Owners neice welcomed us for our two night stay,7 she was lovely and not overbearing. Gave us a nice welcome, told us what we needed to know, and left us to it. Perfect. Free on street parking the entire length of our stay. 100% will be staying again!!!!

In reception, it was a bit rough around the edges, threadbare carpet, and wall paper ripped, but by far, not the worst I've ever seen in Blackpool. Could do with a lamp in the room for a night light. Temperature was very warm at night (no covers needed at bedtime). More hangers?

The price is cheap and cheerful, we got a nice clean room, which we only slept in which is what we always do and the location is perfect- shop close by, lovely cafe opposite, parking we managed to get free parking in the street. Tram stop also close. It was simple no faff check in and out. When we go to Blackpool again we will definitely be staying here.

Minor thing really was that there was no fridge in room but for the price I wouldn’t really of expected that. Didn’t affect my stay or wanting to stay again.

Madge was an absolutely lovely lady so welcoming .. the room was beautiful ! Fantastic location ! And we sadly got locked out of our room and one phone call early hours was no trouble to her to let us in .. she didn’t make the matter anymore awful . Or embarrassing for us … She just let us in and we were so grateful !! We would love to book again if you will have us ;) 10/10 .. parking right next to it .. £12 24 hours .. weatherspoons on the corner .. we loved it !!
