The room was great value for money and the lady who welcomed us at the door made me and my family feel at home

Abit of noise coming from outside late at night due to the location but don't let this put you off staying as it was a great and welcoming place for a family to stay

Great location. 2 minutes from the South prom. Wetherspoons round the corner. £2 beer in the little bar. Josephina, was very nice and very friendly. Shower and hairdryer were both fine. Property was very good value for money, hard to be critical of it when it's such good value and does the job you need.

I felt the room would benefit from a deep clean- especially the carpets, curtains (although the bed linen and towels were fresh.) Bit of TLC needed around the place, paintwork, furnishings etc are all a bit tired.

Greater really friendly on arrival, we were able to put our bags in the room earlier than expected. Basic double room was adequate,nice bed, lovely clean sheets and towels, the room was quite small but the location was fantastic, a stone throw away from all the attractions. Breakfast was really nice which had a choice of cereals, orange juice and tea and coffee and a lovely cooked breakfast. Again the lady was always helpful and smiley😊

The lady ( Jennifer) that runs this place is amazing. She is soo helpful and has treated us soo well. We had lots of kids with us and she was very caring and accommodating and loving. She is a superstar.

Was a-bit hot and couldn’t get any fans.

The property was super close to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach which was the purpose of our group staying. We were fortunate enough to get out to the local Wetherspoons for dinner with a 5 min walk. It was super easy to locate and all the facilities were great for what we needed to put our head down and get much needed rest.

I can’t say there was anything not to like.

The owner / manager was very helpful She was on hand too answer any questions and even though the hotel was small it was spotless. I will stay there again . Right at south pier. And beds were very comfy. Happy with the price I paid

Very straightforward and friendly staff

The booking said that check-out time was from 00:00 till 00:00 so I assumed we'd have the room for the day of the check-out. When we arrived it turned out that check-out was at 10:30 which wasn't surprising.

Food was good the lady looked after me Hotel clean tidy However the hotel is a bit dated but for the value of money it was good

Everything is great just feel if the hotel was brightened up and updated It would attract more business

Was a great location room was nice and clean breakfast was nice bar was cheap for a drink also would use again

We stayed when it was heat wave so room was roasting through the night maybe a offer off a fan would have been a nice touch

The property is clean & well decorated throughout. The room was spacious & the facilities great. The staff were pleasant and we felt comfortable & safe. This location was great for us as the south pier area has so much to offer.
