Location for us was perfect. We only stayed for one night but it was comfortable and perfect size for us as a family of 5. Shower was hot hot which was nice, sofas comfortable, bed not so much but that’s probably personal preference, Dena was lovely from the little contact we had. Check in was smooth. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Parking at the top of the street was fine. And when it rained on the night time the kids entertained themselves colouring in, I reclined the chair and watched rubbish TV, something I never get time to do at home!

Only thing I’d say cause I need to fill a box is the towels were quite small and I didn’t have a spare to dry my hair, but they were clean and fresh and we made do it really wasn’t the end of the world :) Thankyou x

The apartment was clean and had all the basics we needed to cater for ourselves for a couple of days. It was in a great location (although only 5 minutes walk from South Pier, it was still in a nice, quiet place - so we found it very peaceful and cosy, particularly at night time). Parking was available at the back (although you have to arrange with Steve in advance as it can be limited). Last but by no means least, Steve and Pauline who manage the properties were very friendly and helpful, and were very quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. It was fantastic value for money and we will definitely stay again!

One thing that was missing was a bathroom door to the en-suite (it didn’t bother us though as you could close the bedroom door when you wanted to use the bathroom). I saw on other reviews the Steve and Pauline have recently taken over the running of the properties, so I’m sure that they’ll address this over time.

Greetings on arrival was so welcoming and lovely! The apartment was super clean, came with Prosecco , coffee and tea and sugar which was so thoughtful. Perfect location around us perfect for south pier and pleasure beach and Wetherspoons! I wanted to stay a extra night and it was sorted right away, honestly couldn’t fault and will definitely be back when I come to Blackpool in summer! Thank you lots everything was perfect x

Everything was amazing!

I was met by Steve who was very welcoming and friendly. I was alone with a young baby and Steve helped me carry bags to the room we were staying. Steve showed me around and couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were very clean, having a young baby I needed to use the kettle and microwave for making feeds and sterilizing bottles , they were spotless so clean Perfect location for families as close to pleasure beach , beach and sandcastle

The property was well located for South Pier pleasure beach and facilities. Spacious family 2 bedroomed apartments with some good furnishings. The hosts to the accommodation were accommodating and available if any issues. Limited Private parking available.

The access to the apartments on the first and second floors required stairs not suitable for mobility issues. Apartments needed some updating and repairs in certain areas. However the above issues did not impact on our stay.

Location, the property was located a stone throw from the pleasure beach and water park

The property was great for our stay the only criticism would be the windows didn’t open and close well and the noise outside could be disturbing, saying that I’m a light sleeper and this wouldn’t stop me staying again.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Steve was welcoming and looks after the apartments. Overall a good weekend as it was the air show so wanted somewhere nice and quiet to stay. Will be returning back next time we stay in Blackpool

Car parking, if you want a parking space book in advance as they is only 3 spaces. Had to park in neighbours.

It was very cold and the heating doesn't heat up enough . The person looking after the property did his best to make us comfortable which was really nice of him to do . Improvements : would be nice to watch Netflix as there was nothing interesting to watch on the basic channels.

The location was superb and it was spotlessly clean.. I would imagine it had been recently refurbished.The bed was very comfortable ( although a little dexterity was needed as it was up against the wall so one of you couldn’t get out very easily unless the other was out first) In general it was good value for money, fairly comfy if a little small ( especially the shower..which worked very well..just tiny) for any extras other than bare minimum but all in good working condition, new and clean. If we visited the area again we would gladly stay there.

We hadn’t realised that it was up two flights of stairs when we booked so that was a little awkward for us but that was only a minor inconvenience. Some people may have appreciated a microwave. There was a floorboard missing under the carpet in the lounge but we informed the host and he was going to sort it as they had just had central heating renewed and obviously one board had been left out. A towel rail in the bathroom and toilet roll holder would be handy but not essential

Location perfect for pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark. Host was very helpful and accommodating, apartment had lots of cooking utensils. Beds comfy, the pillows were too hard though. Parking available (additional cost)

Smelt of fags the whole time we were there, not sure of it was down to other guests staying or previous guests in the room we had. Also walls are so thin you can hear everything in all the other rooms, next door and above. Shower was temperamental in the room (icon) no towel rails. Screws sticking out all over the the carpet runners (ripped a hole in my sock) loose floorboard in the room (Pepsi max) right outside the bedroom. Minor things though, I would say it's definitely one of the better places to stay Rooms were modern and clean.
