Well located near the pleasure beach, across from the sandcastle. The venue sent us the door entrance codes as we arrived so it was easy to access the building. The apartment itself is gorgeous. Spacious, we had number 5. 1 bedroom as you come in, then the main room has another bed, sofa bed and kitchen. The rooms are really lovely, decorated to a high standard and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen has a fridge, kettle and microwave with some brew making facilities (get your own milk). There’s a spar shop round the corner and the velvet coaster Wetherspoons too. We only had 1 night as we’d booked it for 3 of us for Lytham Festival which got cancelled :( but the apartments are great and will definitely book again, brilliant value for money.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, staff were fantastic, location was good, staff kindly left a bottle of champagne for us which was so kind and the hot tub was also amazing! Apartment also very clean! We will definitely always stay in the osbourne apartments from now on :)

Only thing was that the air fryer that was provided took a long time to cook food (thin slices of bacon), not sure if this is just the make of the air fryer or it needs replacing? But, only a small issue so we didnt notify staff, we managed to cook it after an hour :) just a heads up for other guest to make sure they make enough time for breakfast in the morning before check out :)

The apartment was absolutely immaculate, I was there for a crash course so I kind of needed it quiet at night and it was! It’s a great location right next to pleasure beach and everything you need. Has all facilities you need, owners were very fast at responding etc if I needed anything. Had a small problem with the toilet flusher and someone was over and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Amazing value for money also. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Blackpool.

I love the whole apartment to be honest very modern looking place i like how secure the building is , to do with the front door then even the room door itself very good . Also the location is honestly world class it's opposite sandy water park and pleasure beach . Then the tram is just up the road that comes every 10 mins to take you to main but of town very good .

Only ONLY think I didn't like there was no cooker but I totally understand why there isn't aswell . Thats it really

The place was clean and spotless. Everything was thought of including enough toilet roll, bin bags etc. Instructions were very clear on how to use the code to get in and how to use the hot tub. Really enjoyed the hot tub! It was also very clean and warm. Any questions we had we were able to contact the host and get helped right away.

After a while of being in the hot tub it was not staying as hot as it did in the beginning which was a bit disappointing. We were still able to be in it though and enjoy it even though the temperature had cooled down a bit.

I was here for one night, it was amazing communication with the host throughout and unfortunately I had an accident when I was out which resulted in me being in A&E all night and morning, I contacted the host in the morning to ask if I could pay for an hour late check out and she didn’t hesitate to just extend the checkout an hour later then was firstly agreed because of the circumstances I was in. She was so lovely and helpful about it. The room was beautiful!! The TV was perfect and it was nice and cosy! The decor was just lush ! Would HIGHLY recommend

Very clean and modern, the sea front was at the end of the road! Perfect location and quiet at night. The sofa beds were already made up for sleeping which was good and were surprisingly comfy and I’m a chunky person. Would definitely stay again. We were in suite 6 at the highest point in the house so if you struggle with stairs, book suites 1 or 2.

Parking across the road was £25 for 24 hours so factor this into your trip. 2 cars on the road had been issued with fixed penalty notices so the £25 wasn’t too bad after all.

Property was amazing, please listen to the 5’10 height limit on this room. Myself and my daughter are 5’9 and it was ok. You got used to it but other than that organisation brilliant. Really lovely decor and very clean and nice touch a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Thank you will book here again but maybe not take the height restricted room. Thank you

It wasn’t we didn’t like the height restrictions it was just close to our height but we were made aware when booking.

Stunning apartments on the South side of Blackpool. 1 minute walk to Pleasure Beach. I was in room 3, the basement flat. Friend in room 4. Room 3 was lovely. Very high quality furnishings. Modern lay out. Lovely bathroom with spa bath. Tv in both lounge and bedroom. Very comfortable bed. I have added some pictures. There is a height restriction in this room but I was fine with this as I am well under 6ft. Don’t let that put you off booking here. Room 4 was of a similarly high standard. Code entries for main door and individual flats mean no faffing about with keys. Will definitely return.

We could not find anything to fault these flats. High quality accommodation at terrific prices. An absolute gem in Blackpool.

Kids loved the hot tub and jacuzzi bath. Nicely presented when we arrived and a bottle of pink processco. Good location for fair and sandcastles. The door code access is good idea too

The sofa beds were uncomfortable but made do for 2 nights. Don’t think the apartment could accommodate 6 adults as when both sofa beds pulled out not much room but was ok with 2 adults and 2 children. Plus lack of places to store the clothes no where to hang stuff up. Plus other apartments rather noisy of a night loud music and kids screaming in street but that’s not the vendors fault
