The pleasure beach is literally 2 minutes away. The trams run up and down the promenade if you don't want to walk into town.

For me, there was a bit of misunderstanding. About the parking permit, i did request one by email, but when we booked in at the reception, the receptionist showed my husband were she had parked and to leave our car there. In the next street. you can not park on the street of the hotel. So I thought we would get a permit to park. There is a car park opposite the hotel. That is 14 pounds 24 hours inhindsight I would have paid for the parking as I was only there for two nights.

From the friendly arrival to leaving, we found our 2 day stay here perfect. From the outside we didn't know what to expect as looked small, but we were greeted by a lovely man, who explained all we'd need for our stay and helped with a parking space foe the duration of our stay. We arrived a few hours early but our studio was ready for us. Impressed with the key code security on main entrance & to our studio flat. It was perfect for a couple. Kitchen had the usual appliances needed with a fridge stocked with complimentary bottles of water, 2x cans of pop and bottles of milk. Good stock of tea & coffee and chocolate biscuits. The bed was very comfortable & a good amount of pillows, and to make my day a fan on the wall aimed at the bed!! This made me so happy. The bathroom was nice and clean, and the shower was easy to use. We chose to stay here because of the location, a 2 min walk to The Pleasure Beach & the promenade. Overall definitely will use now everytime we come to Blackpool, and definitely recommending to family & friends. Thanku 😊

Can't fault the owner at all, he was such a lovely gentleman, welcomed us in and explained how to use the keys and where our room was. When we were checking out our train wasnt for 2 hours but we had big heavy bags which he let us keep in the locked office. Legend. Room itself was absolutely fine. Very clean, had enough amenities and couldn't fault the facilities. Location was great too, right across from south pier near the pleasure beach.

Can't really fault the room or the hotel. There's keypad locks on each door so we felt very secure there too.

Well maintained and neat place. It was a very good place to stay. It is walking distance to pleasure beech and sandcastle. Also nearby to tram station to visit popular sites. Lots of eateries and a huge pub few yards away at south pier. The couple taking care of the place have been exceptional. Very friendly. We visited as a family with two young kids. Definitely recommend to stay.

I would recommend plan car parking in advance. Getting a parking place is a challenge in Blackpool.

Friendly owners, good location for connecting to tram and right beside pleasure beach. Room was a good size and bed very comfy, no faults to mention. We even got a late check out due to room not being needed in a hurry. Kitchen area practical for making bfast and snacks as had micro, kettle and toaster. Fridge had milk, bottle of water and can of juice each which was a nice denature along with a little biscuit each. Table and chairs to sit and relax and a large tv. There was a wall mounted fan opposite bed which came in helpful as weather was warm. Clean and fresh white towels in bathroom and bathroom cleaver and kitchen cleaver spray provided to keep things hygienic. We have a return stay booked for November. Famujy rooms were also available as well as double room. Clean, comfy, value for money and good location.

Jo and mick, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was on the first floor. Spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully throughout. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and even had tea, coffee, biscuits, etc, and milk in the fridge, which was a lovely little touch and even candy floss as a treat in the bedrooms for the children. The apartment had a double room, a separate twin bedroom, a lovely kitchen and living area, and a bathroom. Ideally, located on the south shore, close to all the amenities and a street away from the pleasure beach and water park. Free parking was a great bonus 👌 We will definitely be staying again 😀

We felt very safe here, access is through 3 doors - 2 of which are coded entry. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and i could see the effort put into the cleaning. They even left a pot of candy floss on the bed for my little one, and plenty of tea and coffee for me with a selection of sugars and sweetners.

If I HAD to pick a fault.. something happened to our fridge in the night and it went SO loud! This was around 5.30am so I just switched it off and put it back on in the morning. I couldn't fault this place otherwise and we are 100% booking again when we come back!

Spotless and clean Soft drinks, water, milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were in the room when we arrived. There were extras like shower gel, hand-wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, cleaning products and Towels provided. Secure entrance. Staff welcoming and professional. Location is virtually next door to Waterpark, Pleasure Beach, pier and tram stop.

Loved how close it was to the beach, loved how quiet it was, clean it was and the overall space. Great apartment for a couple and two kids. Great amenities, fridge, kettle, TV’s with free view. Good view of the Big One. Felt very secure also. Will definitely only come here when returning to Blackpool.

Friendly staff, good spacious apartment, great price, directly across from Pleasure Beach so excellent location. Very clean. Wee bonuses included, candy flosh on the beds, milk and water. Free parking available in the next street arranged by the hotel.

Rooms could do with a refresh, but great value so to be expected.
