We loved everything about our stay ❤ we look forward to arranging another stay in the warmer months 😀 the pleasure Beach ⛱ was 5 minutes away walking 🚶‍♂️ maybe half hour walk down the Golden mile to the tower there is plenty to do 5 minutes to the beach ⛱ there is entertainment everywhere for everyone 😀 amazing weekend 😀

The cold 🥶 weather for the whole weekend and long wait for some of the rides at the pleasure beach ⛱ otherwise no complaints from us thank you 😊

Great location, very short walk to the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff were excellent and made a lovely breakfast. Yes it is a little dated in parts, (as expected and actually better than most in the area), but you can tell the owners are in the process of updating it, and the breakfast area was very clean and modern. We had a small room but as we were only staying for one night it suited us and the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. There is parking at the back, it's a tight squeeze, but it's not as scary as it looks driving through the gap. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the South pier and the beach. Excellent value for money, especially including parking and a delicious breakfast. The hosts, Mike and Rebecca, clearly take great pride in hosting their guests. The whole place is well presented and spotlessly clean. Communication was clear, friendly, polite and professional prior to our arrival. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again, we enjoyed our stay and all being well we'd love to stay again next year!

We thought the staff were very friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier and collect the keys before our room was ready and kept our bags so we were able to go back out. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and there was lots of choice for those who might not want a cooked breakfast. The room was a little small, however this didn't bother us as we were only there for the night, it was immaculately clean and had tea/coffee making facilities, little toiletries and a tv with free view. The hotel is in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from pleasure beach with a tram stop close by, wetherspoons around the corner and a spar also. We will definitely come back next time we visit Blackpool.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Banging breakfast, the hotel was the cleanest we have stayed in over our years going to Rebbelion festival Rebecca and Mike went out of their way to get to know you and ensure we had a pleasant stay. When we pulled away from the Villa Hotel this morning to come home we both said it had been more like visiting friends than just going to a B&B. Thank you both for a great stay, i would highly recomend the Villa hotel for a great stay in Blackpool

The family run hotel is lovely and the host is nice. The rooms are clean and the location is excellent. We just parked the car in the hotel and can walk to the sandcastle waterpark, pleasure beach, the south pier and casino within 3 mins. The breakfast is great and lovely. The rooms match with the photos, Beds are comfortable and Clean. Shower water pressure is good and temperature is easy control. It is a nice family host hotel.

Just arrived back from one night stay at the villa hotel. Wonderful stay we had two rooms a family room and a double room both rooms was lovely and clean and comfortable . Owners really friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely be staying here again next time we come to Blackpool.

This was a lovely stay! The staff were so so friendly and helpful. They helped us to get parked, checked how we were getting on, took our breakfast order and made it as soon as we came down. The room was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, tidy and has a comfortable bed! The little body wash and shampoo provided smelled amazing too! Breakfast was lovely and just such a nice stay. If we’re back we would definitely book here!

I stayed here with my cousin for one night as we were going to Blackpool Pleasure Beach for the day. Rebecca and Mike were absolutely fantastic! We were able to arrive earlier than check-in and leave the car in their private parking at the back. They were friendly, welcoming and made us feel right at home, the breakfast and other options in the morning were great. Thank you so much having us, this will definitely be our go-to place for future trips!

Location was fab. Situated right near the Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons. Ideal since B&B bar was not currently open. Room was big enough for 2 people. Hot shower. Quiet room, didn’t hear any other guests. Breakfast was spot on. So much continental choice to start with at self service. Then on check in we selected which cooked breakfast items we wanted that were delivered to our table. A nice touch of hotel messaging to ask if we needed an on-site parking space included.

We could not find any major faults. However i would have liked a bedside table next to me too. I had to put things on the bedroom floor that I wanted near me when in bed. And a full length or another mirror would have been useful. We had to use stairway mirror as bathroom one wasn’t great (like a funhouse wonky image reflection)
