We loved everything about our stay ❤ we look forward to arranging another stay in the warmer months 😀 the pleasure Beach ⛱ was 5 minutes away walking 🚶‍♂️ maybe half hour walk down the Golden mile to the tower there is plenty to do 5 minutes to the beach ⛱ there is entertainment everywhere for everyone 😀 amazing weekend 😀

The cold 🥶 weather for the whole weekend and long wait for some of the rides at the pleasure beach ⛱ otherwise no complaints from us thank you 😊

We thought the staff were very friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier and collect the keys before our room was ready and kept our bags so we were able to go back out. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and there was lots of choice for those who might not want a cooked breakfast. The room was a little small, however this didn't bother us as we were only there for the night, it was immaculately clean and had tea/coffee making facilities, little toiletries and a tv with free view. The hotel is in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from pleasure beach with a tram stop close by, wetherspoons around the corner and a spar also. We will definitely come back next time we visit Blackpool.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Just arrived back from one night stay at the villa hotel. Wonderful stay we had two rooms a family room and a double room both rooms was lovely and clean and comfortable . Owners really friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely be staying here again next time we come to Blackpool.

Location was fab. Situated right near the Velvet Coaster Wetherspoons. Ideal since B&B bar was not currently open. Room was big enough for 2 people. Hot shower. Quiet room, didn’t hear any other guests. Breakfast was spot on. So much continental choice to start with at self service. Then on check in we selected which cooked breakfast items we wanted that were delivered to our table. A nice touch of hotel messaging to ask if we needed an on-site parking space included.

We could not find any major faults. However i would have liked a bedside table next to me too. I had to put things on the bedroom floor that I wanted near me when in bed. And a full length or another mirror would have been useful. We had to use stairway mirror as bathroom one wasn’t great (like a funhouse wonky image reflection)

The manager was very helpful and welcoming to support our arrival. On arrival, the property was decorated for Halloween which looked great especially for guests with children. Directions to our rooms and the arrangements for breakfast the next morning was clearly explained. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. There was also other breakfast items to which we helped ourselves and we really appreciated the attention to detail of the items served (e.g ghost shaped crumpets) The property is kept clean and functional. Thank you for a lovely comfortable stay.

Rebecca and her husband ( think it was mark?) where just super lovely people definitely know how to run a hotel! They where very understanding and friendly to the circumstances of mine and my partners stay as it was all last minute for a quick trip , excellent service clean hotel rooms comfortable beds friendly faces what more could you want! was a pleasure to stay and to see there little cheesy cherub baby

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. The owner was really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. He parked my car for me, carried our bags to the room and rang us a taxi when we went out. The beds were really comfy with lovely clean white linen sheets. The hotel was very quiet too. An excellent night's sleep. Good value for money.

The bar/lounge was unavailable due to some problem with electrics. As we only stayed overnight it wasn't too much of a problem but it would be nice to have somewhere to relax other than the bedroom. The bathroom especially the shower was very small.

Full english Breakfast each morning was very nice and made fresh for me when I got to my table, good selection of cereals, fruits etc. Bathroom, bedding and towels were very clean and new towels offered mid stay. Mike was very helpful, always on hand even at night to replace a broken bulb and deliver me some teabags..

These aren't dislikes just possible improvements, The shot glasses for juice at breakfast could be a little bigger, thats personal as I love a juice with my breakfast. The room although small could have done with a unit or dresser to put case/travel bag at bottom of bed, also could do with a few hooks or hangers for coats etc, in room and bathroom (there was one) This is in no way a negative, Just feedback. 😊

Lovely 1 night stay , very welcoming hosts who work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. Double room was adequate for what we needed , lovely decor, bedding was really lovely, towels soft & fluffy ! Breakfast needs to be pre ordered as to cut down on wastage, cooked well , hot & presented nicely. Everything worked well for our stay , I hope that all their hard work pays off & the business continues to grow & flourish.

Rooms were really clean and comfortable. There was lots of choice for the Breakfast. Family ran by a wonderful family who were friendly and helpful, plus there is secure parking onsite, which is always a bonus.

Toiletries and towels are supplied, which is a lovely touch. The only downside was that there isn't anything inside the shower cubicles to put them on, and my mother struggled in her room, picking them up from the floor. Somewhere to hang clothes ( rather than living out of the suitcase) would be of benefit.
