Location is excellent for the South Pier and Pleasure Beach. Pearl and Geoff are a lovely couple who try hard to make your stay the best it can be. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful, all you need to set you up for a long day out. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The room was more than big enough for us( all (2 Adults and 4 Children). The two bunk beds in the room were great for us. The downstairs area is great with a nice bar to chill out, and a pool table and bar table football for the kids, and also a small games area to keep them occupied if needed. Our request for a parking spot for our stay was fully accommodated right outside, and we were even allowed to leave it there while we all went out for a walk before leaving Blackpool today. We will always look here first whenever we are visiting Blackpool in the future.

Great location, very close to the beach. The owner of the property was exceptionally helpful and nice, she does go extra mile when needed. The atmosphere in this place made us willing to come back again there. Dog was most welcome, no questions asked, the dog also enjoyed this place. Good breakfast with individual needs fulfilled. Room ok, we had lot of space for our family. Very nice to chat with the owner and her husband. They answered a lot of our questions in various areas. The owner was available to help either in the hotel or by the telephone. Parking available for our car so there was no need to pay extra. Very nice stay.

We stayed at this hotel as a family for one night, and we couldn't have been more pleased! The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you're visiting the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark, or want to enjoy the illuminations. From the moment we pulled up, the staff went above and beyond, even helping us with parking, which was a nice touch. The kids loved the free pool table and table football in the bar area—it kept them happily occupied in the evening. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of options for everyone. One of the highlights for us was the exotic pets, which were fascinating and a great source of entertainment. The owners were incredibly welcoming and regaled us with fun and interesting stories throughout our stay. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We loved it all!

The breakfast was really good. It was really well cooked and nicely presented. The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

The exterior of the hotel is untidy. A plant box is broken and spilling soil onto the steps. This gives a bad first impression. hotel is a bit dated and needs decorating. Our room was clean and tidy, but also needs some attention. There was mastic around the shower cubicle and sink which looked really messy and unprofessionally applied.

We stay here every year for our annual short stay to see the illuminations. The location is brilliant for the front and the pleasure beach. There is free parking. The rooms are cosy and clean and has what you need for a few days stay. Pearl and Geoff the owners are friendly, accommodating and Peal makes a cracking breakfast. It’s great value for money. Our children love the pool table and table football.

Nothing to grumble about.

The hosts were very accommodating to all needs, happy to help out and go above and beyond. In relation to the accommodation for some it would not meet there high expectations, it is all about whatvyou are looking for and cost you want to make. The rooms and property are all very clean. We picked the location so happy with this. Will be revisiting

What can I say, other than exceptional. Thank you, from myself and Scott for a wonderful stay. Pearl and Geoff are wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to borrowing an iron and ironing board. The room was perfect for myself and my partner. Nice and clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious. They even stayed up late with us whilst we drank in the bar, chatted and played pool. Will definitely be booking to stay again.

We visited for a long weekend. 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is ideally located, near to the Pleasure Beach, Waterpark and all other main attractions are within walking distance or regular trams/bus up the strip. A great fish and chip shop across the road and there is also a Spar just round the corner which was very handy. The hotel was lovely, it has a real homely, welcoming feel. The owners Pearl and Geoff were kind and friendly and very attentive. The facilities in the downstairs bar area suitable for all ages. We loved the football/pool table! Breakfast was fab, good choice of foods to set us up for the day! Our room was a clean and comfortable base for coming back to after a day of exploring. We were sad to leave but will be sure to stay here again and visit places we missed this time round. Thank you 😊

Friendly helpful staff. Everything explained. Breakfast was absolutely spot on and we really enjoyed it!

I had to open the window as there was a smell my daughter described as feet. She's autistic so is quite sensitive to smell. Late afternoon we come back for a rest before tea and someone had left dogs in the room next to us which were barking and scratching on the door but only lasted about half an hour.
