The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely as was the decor throughout. There were umbrellas available for use but we didn't need these during our stay. The artwork displayed in the room and in the public areas was really interesting and tasteful. The hotel was tastefully decorated and clean throughout. There was free on street parking and within a short walking distance, a car park with very reasonable charges.

The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't good and we were unable to find a steady/stable flow that wasn't too hot or cold.

The Room space was good, had 3 toddlers,17 year old and 1 Adult we all had a bed each and I shared with the youngest. So we all slept comfortable. also had a dinning table which was useful in the family room.clean towels and toilet etc. U can order food locally as no restaurant and less than a 5min walk to the beach and water park would stay there again. The gentleman at the front was so kind, friendly and understanding

Didn't like the smell of the detergent on the pillow (I'm abit OCD) smelt like someone slept on it but my 17 year old didnt see a problem with it. Maybe I'm just being a fussy. But would definitely stay ther again

The vibe of this place is amazing. The art, the whole feel of the place is just perfect. Beautiful clean place. Alot of love and care goes into it and it shows. Plenty of refreshments and small touches that made it feel like home. Had the best night sleep here, it's away from all the noise but close to everything you might want to see. The bed was very comfy

There was no working WiFi. We didn't have actual soap in the bathroom but there was lots and lots of body wash.

Excellent location , 5 minute walk near to pleasure beach fair which was ideal for our day and the pier. Lovely family room which accommodated 2 adults and 3 teenagers comfortably. Bonus that our room was ready way earlier than check in time and hosts welcomed us with a friendly smile and helped with any queries .

We have stayed in lots of hotels and B&B’s and this one is highly recommended . Even our teenagers said ‘it’s the best one we’ve stayed in’

Amazing stay will 100% return, the room was spotless, beds very comfy it was the best nights sleep i had in a long time the facilities where great and very clean and they even left my mum a lovely birthday card which was so kind! i would 100000% recommend. It was in walking distance of everything we needed ( Blackpool pleasure beach, wetherspoons) Me and my mum are planning to go again in a couple weeks and itll be one of the only hotels we will stay in again in blackpool for the near future. Staff were fantastic, welcoming and they have the most gorgeous dog. Thank you for a wonderful stay, you have an truly amazing hotel x

Everything was 10/10

This was our 2nd visit to Park Royal and we were so pleased we did! A beautiful place and Anthony has made it a very interesting and friendly place to stay. The room had whatever you would need and more. Down to cotton wool to remove make up! Bed very comfortable. Tracey who helps in the kitchen is just so very lovely! The accommodation is immaculate and lots of lovely things to look at. Breakfast was very high quality and presented very well indeed! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! ❤️

Absolutely nothing!

The whole stay was absolutely perfect, I called the manager Tony a few hours before arriving asking if I could late check-in as I was at Lytham Festival and wasn't sure what time myself and my partner would arrive to check-in, Tony was really kind and understanding, noting to not leave the festival early and he lives on the premises so will be awake to let us in, this put me and my partner at ease alot and enjoyed the festival to the fullest! Tony was super lovely and kind when checking us in, which was later than we expected due to train times, the room was absolutely fantastic - really cozy, homely, super clean and layed out great! Loads of lovely furnishings, tea/biscuits, everything you need! The bed was extremely comfortable, honestly one of the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel/B&B! The pillows were soft and the duvet perfect. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, Tracy was so kind, welcoming and accommodating, such a lovely person! The full English breakfast she made was divine and exactly to our liking, couldn't rate it enough! Great portions and loads of toast which is always what you need! Checking out Tony and Tracy were so lovely, will 100% always be staying at ParkRoyal everytime when visiting Blackpool, the cute, homely, welcoming vibe and also fantastic price were a 10/10 for us, super recommend for your next stay in Blackpool! :) Thank you Tony and Tracy for a wonderful stay :)

Everything was fantastic, couldn't have been better!

The owner was friendly, the beds were comfy and the room was very nice and homely. Great location right near the Pleasure Beach and that end of Blackpool. Free street parking outside as well.

It took us ages to check in, despite ringing the door bell and the contact number for about half an hour. The room had also been made up as a double and not a twin as what we had booked. We separated the beds ourselves. And the next night the beds had been made up properly as two singles.

The breakfast was brilliant, there was a wide range of cereals to choose from. Orange or apple juice. Tea's of various varieties or coffee. The cooked breakfast you could choose how you wanted each item e.g. "crispy" bacon, which I loved. The room was very comfortable with a super king bed. TV & drinks available in the room as well as on-suite. You could connect to wi-fi by looking in the welcome book. The people were very friendly and welcoming and a great source for local knowledge and attractions.

The hot water for the basin took a while to come through, I didn't want to waste water.

I was extremely wary of booking a hotel in Blackpool as friends and family had warned me how awful they could be, I was so fortunate to have booked this hotel the staff were so welcoming and helpful!! The hotel is lovely. I stayed with three children our room was large enough for us all to be comfortable, it was very clean and tidy!! Would highly recommend.
