Immaculately kept, spotlessly clean. Tasteful decor. Excellent location. Brilliant hosts, fantastic breakfast. Great selection of tea/coffee facilities, including machine coffee at no extra cost. Mini fridge - Charges are very reasonable. Bathroom had shower gel, shampoo/y, soap and even toothbrushes and mini toothpastes. In all honesty one of the best B & Bs we have ever stayed it. It really stood out from all of the other properties in the location.

If I’m being super picky, Street parking was a struggle, but the hosts moved their own vehicle so that we could park. But where were nearby car parks for around £6 -8 per night if needed.

Excellent Breakfast choices, catered for gluten free, plenty of choice of, cereals, 2 breads, crumpets and pancakes, teas, coffee, and fruit, more than I have seen anywhere else, quality of sausage, bacon were lovely, hash browns, black pudding best done properly, the eggs were done to our liking, the list goes on, hosting was well done, as it should be everywhere, no rush and everything was fresh, rooms were clean, well stocked and lovely colour choice for the b and b name, asked for a softer pillow and given one no trouble by host, thought of everything, mini bar in room, good prices and coffee machine was first time I ever had one in a room, great touches all round, evything was well done and more.

Fantastic mattress for a good nights sleep, everything was taken into Consideration at breakfast - lactose free/ gluten free, even coffee stations in your room too. The host was more than accommodating with us as we did get home In the early hours one morning we had a later breakfast sitting. The car park is private and secure which is a real bonus. I would highly recommend by the seaside to anyone visiting, you’ll have a comfortable stay with a gorgeous breakfast that sets you up for a days sightseeing.

There wasn’t a bath and personally, I do like a good soak in a tub however saying that, the shower was fine water pressure an temperature stayed consistent.

The wide choice of breakfast items and lovely cooked breakfast the young girl that served us our breakfast was cheerful and quick to serve us our breakfast too, Denise and Steve were such lovely hosts, the rooms were well thought out with extras such as bottled water, chocolate, biscuits, essentials such as toothbrush and little Toothpaste, comb, cotton wool, soaps, shower gel and shampoo, location was also good would highly recommend :)

Nothing we loved it all

The place was very clean and a very large selection of breakfast items -very happy that they catered for vegetarians/vegans by having dairy free spread and milk and fruit. There was no noise at all from outside and the room was decorated lovely. There was a box downstairs so that you can replenish tea/coffee etc without having to ask staff etc -that was a nice touch. I would stay here again.

This B&B was EXCEPTIONAL! From check in to check out it was beyond all expectations. Greeted by warm, friendly and helpful hosts. The room was immaculate, the beds comfortable, every thing had been thought of to make the stay a wonderful experience, mini fridge, large TV, great shower, the little well thought out touches, everything was perfect. The breakfast, wow, that was another level, clearly the hosts had put a lot of thought into getting thing right. I travelled with a friend with complex dietary needs, she never ate so well!!! Never have I seen such an array of choices at breakfast, just incredible and the cooked breakfast was cooked to perfection! The bar area is lovely, welcoming and well stocked. The location is fantastic, quiet street just off the seafront with promenade,, bus and tram stops within meters of the front door. Very much look forward to revisiting.

The hotel itself is beautiful - clean and with so much character to all the bedrooms, breakfast room and bar area. The breakfast was as good as I've had anywhere - and they were so accommodating for any special requests. Delicious and filling. The staff were lovely - made us feel really welcome - and helped us out with anything we needed

The only downside was that our room, whilst lovely, was very small. It was more suitable for a single person than a couple. However I think I would still rather stay there than a larger but worse hotel. We saw a number of the other rooms and they were much bigger and just as nice.

This hotel is the best we have stayed in. The full hotel is spotless from top to bottom the food was amazing and exceptional choice at breakfast. Denise was hands on all weekend there’s nothing she wouldn’t do to help. Location is perfect and team stop is situated at bottom of the street. We will definitely be booking again and would recommend At the seaside hotel

The whole property was immaculate throughout,cleanliness was outstanding,the facilities in the rooms were all useful and all worked correctly.The owners and there staff were very friendly and helpful and would go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible,The breakfast options were amazing and the cooked English breakfast was delicious and very ample.

Stunning B&B with welcoming owners and staff. Our room was beautiful and decorated to an up to date taste. Thought it was a fab idea to have a mini bar as that come in handy. Breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from. Such a friendly atmosphere and nothing was to much to ask for. Perfect location as it’s in the middle of everything, Already recommended to friends and clients and we will definitely be staying again!
