Great location the hosts were very friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Our room no 7 was big however alot steps too manage after a few beers lol. Lovely stay will most definitely be returning x Breakfast we had in there other hotel across the road and was great quality 👌

We stayed in room 7 on top level and found the area between the room door and the top step rather narrow .I would suggest maybe a safety gate be put there so guests are cautious.

The location is fantastic, go to the top of the street to the prom turn right and 10 minutes you're in town. All pubs restaurants, the pier lots to do for children around this location. Turn left at the top of the road walk 10 minutes you have the funfair. The owner is a great guy, very friendly as was the young man on reception. The bed was really comfy, hot shower very good and toiletries supplied. Free pool table and modern bar, overall great value for money and we will definitely be returning. Brilliant.

Nothing. If you want the Hilton,pay Hiltons prices, but if you want a small family friendly hotel in a great location, you can't go wrong.

Central location and very clean rooms. Came over with friends for the marathon and owner and offered us late check out so we could come back after the race to freshen up and get ready. would recommend and would be sure to come back

Me and my partner usually stay out the way at norbreck but I decided to choose this hotel this time round and I was not disappointed at all!! The hotel was beautiful, the room was absolutely immaculate and we couldn't even fault it at all! We also arrived early around 11am and check in was 2pm so we arrived and asked could we leave our suitcases until check in and this lovely young man said if we took a seat for 5 mins are room would be ready! 3 hours before check in not only that he was all smiles and just the sweetest guy ever! We tipped upon leaving as he definitely deserved it and this hotel and manager made are stay even more perfect we will not chose another hotel again! You should defo give this hotel a shot and I promise you will not be disappointed, and I want to say thankyou for our stay.

Myself and 10 family members stayed here for 4 days this week and I honestly can’t fault the place. From the moment we arrived till the time we left, we had a brilliant time. Every member of staff is lovely, extremely friendly and very helpful, the hotel its self is spotless. Rooms are clean and fresh, beds are lovely and comfortable and in a great location. Would we recommend and return?, Yes, 100%. Thank You 100 Pipers for having us, we loved our stay with you.

What a little gem, perfectly located in the centre of Blackpool, only a 15min walk to the fair and a 10min walk to central pier. The hosts were lovely and were quick to deal with a slight problem with the plumbing. The family Room at the front was spacious and well laid out with plenty of mirrors, sockets and most importantly t bags and biscuits:) Would 100% stay here again. The small bar was perfect for late night drinks with only a handful of people (no hen do's or stag do's which is also a bonus) Didn't stay for breakfast as we were up and out early but I'm sure it would have been great. Parking was about a 10min walk away in an overnight carpark and was about £11 for 24hrs which was very reasonable. I did worry when on previous reviews it mentions doors been slammed constantly but this was just that they are heavy fire doors and you just need to make sure you close them gently and not just walk in the room and let them slam shut (respect for fellow guests is all people have to do) Book and njoy :)

We actually didn’t stay in 100 Pipers as the Hotel was overbooked and the management put us in their other property known as Denvelle Hotel. The 2 guys that I met from management were super nice and helpful and they actually upgraded us to 2 rooms when we had booked only one quadruple room. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The location was excellent for both beach and Blackpool Pleasure Beach. They had ample supplies of tea/coffee. Overall it was an excellent value for money.

Parking was a problem but that is general problem overall in Blackpool especially near beach. But one of the management guys found us a cheap overnight parking, so credit to him.

We chose not to have breakfast due to our early travel plans. Location was good. Hostess was very welcoming.

Lower floor would have suited me better but that's just personal reasons. Not suitable for people with mobility issues

The property was very central. We were attending a dancing competition at the winter gardens which was a wee bit away but plenty transport to get you there with trams running regular. Hotel was very clean and nothing was a hassle. Breakfast was lovely. Abi who was our guest for the weekend was lovely and helped us in anyway he could, very pleasant well mannered young man. We had a great stay.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very welcoming and willing to help if need be. Full English breakfast was amazing. Close to the front with a lovely little on site bar and lights. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the little detail with the toilet rolls too to add a little charm.

Room facilities need a little attention. Toilet seat needed re attaching and could have done with a sink plug for washes as was not a dual tap.
