Very confortable, clean and spacious room. The hosts are so nice and bring you a fresh breakfast in the morning, which we enjoyed in the garden. All the facilities we needed and great location to visit the Suffolk coast.

Would have been nice having eggs or a protein for breakfast but really enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients

Close enough to the beach, without paying beach accommodation prices. East to locate and park. We liked the breakfast brought to the room, which made life easier with two young children and there was plenty of choice.

Missed a cooked brekkie. The adjacent room had an external bathroom that was right next to ours, and when they got up in the night, the automatic hall lights came on and disturbed sleep.

Lovely clean airy room. Nice quiet location and wonderful hosts. The dual aspect windows really helped in the 30 degree heat. Breakfast nice and presented well, alongside being served in our room. Amazingly comfy bed. Have already recommended to my parents and colleague's

Hubby would have liked a cooked breakfast option.

Excellent continental breakfast delivered to the room. Plenty of choice. Good location , in a quiet inland village but close to the shops in Halesworth and within easy reach of the coast at Southwold and Aldeburgh. Chris was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and Covid precautions were taken very seriously. There was a nice garden. The kitchenette was useful for snacks and for storing items in the fridge . Our room (Aldeburgh) had a spacious private bathroom . Good value for money.

The Aldeburgh room was a little cramped when configured with twin beds but it was quite adequate for a few nights stay.

Location , Chris the very friendly owner . exceptionally clean bedrooms & en-suite plus a kitchenette for guests use . No cooked breakfasts , ? due to Covid , but delicious fruit , yogurts & croissants etc suited us well and delivered to our rooms at our preferred time. A little further from our usual East of the A12 B & Bs , but loved the peaceful lanes around Crediston — hopefully we shall back 😋

Nothing ! For a longer stay we like to have armchairs in our rooms. Also unsure whether we could sit in garden—- but we were out every day & blessed with glorious sunshine , so did not concern us , & we did not ask anyway .

The location was perfect and the breakfast hit the spot for us Chris was well informed and extremely helpful and friendly.

Welcoming host. Room set in beautiful surroundings , with private bathroom which was great for a family. Good location for Lattitude festival.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean well kept and comfy rooms. Breakfast was excellent, continental style but see later. Also very quiet location near to Halesworth a nice little town with nice shops and places to eat. Lovely garden.

Disappointed that they are still not doing a cooked breakfast which many other B&B'S are. Also not sure they are enforcing their own no smoking rules.

The rooms were fresh and sparkling clean and I slept like a log in the very comfortable bed. Very rural and peaceful location.

Really lovely room, very clean and spacious for three of us. My porridge in the morning was yummy. Chris was really friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here.

There was nothing I didn't like.
