Great value for money!! The room was well equipped with modern storage furniture, two comfortable chairs and a wonderfully comfortable double bed. The en-suite was well laid out with a shelf for shampoo, soap and shower gel. (All provided) and a lovely bowl with ‘air plants’ which added colour and a sense of freshness. The shower looked quite ordinary but proved to be brilliant with a good range of temperatures and a powerful jet if required. We were unsure about the breakfast when booking but again we were surprised how good the continental breakfast was! The only slight concern was locating the car park (I think very clear instructions are needed)

The Coach House had charm, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location in the Yorkshire Dales was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the pub downstairs was great. The pub downstairs was great as well and we had a beautiful roast dinner which was so big we wished we could have shared. The parking and access to the room was at the back which was convenient. Overall it was a great place to Stay.

Nothing to complain about it was just as we expected of an old pub in the Yorkshire Dales.

Its a lovely old pub that's obviously popular with locals. Good vibe and folk are friendly. We ate in the restaurant - excellent food, large portions and we were not hurried at all, despite being the last to finish eating. They had beer on tap which pleased my partner.

The smoking area was immediately outside the front door, so the smoke drifted in through the bedroom windows. (If we had realised, we could have closed them while we were in the restaurant of course.)

Nice friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. We had a lovely room overlooking the beautiful countryside. The room was nice and cosy with traditional oak beams and nicely decorated accordingly along with tea, coffee making facilities. It was spotlessly clean including the bathroom and was over looking the rolling countryside hills. We ate at this pub in the evening with our family and the food was delicious especially the steak pie. Breakfast was continental and had plenty to offer including freshly made toast, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruit, Tea, coffee and fruit juices too. We will definitely be returning to this lovely little hotel

Stairs to the bedrooms were a little steep but you have to take this into consideration with a property of this age

The coach house staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bar was warm and had a relaxed atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had all the usual facilities, shower, kettle, tea coffee, etc. There is a continental breakfast available in the morning, self service, so you can have as much as you want.

Nothing, it was all a very positive experience.

Ross was really welcoming on our arrival, showed us to our room and gave us all the info we needed. We got a pizza from over the road which we were allowed to eat in the bar area while we played pool and had a drink. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfy and the shower was powerful. Pleasantly surprised at how low the price was and would definitely stay again.

Arrived late at 2000hrs. Spoken to the receptionist if they serve food for dinner and was told that restaurant is closed. However, she asked the chef if he/she can accommodate and cook dinner for me and the answer is a big YES. I’ve ordered the steak and was delicious.

Fantastic stay at the Coach House in High Bentham. Went with a group of friends for a hiking trip. Close to the yorkshire 3 peaks, great location. Was super happy with the facilities at the BnB, lots to keep entertained and the food was great. Would highly recommend and would definitely revisit.

I only found out on arrival that only a Continental style breakfast was on offer. I may have missed this when booking, not sure. However the breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

I found out in the morning that l was the only one staying overnight, so not sure why l could hear music playing until 1:00 am, may have been a nearby venue.

Lovely old building well restored, rooms are small but it’s a pub, clean & tidy with good selection behind the bar. We didn’t stay for breakfast but continental brekkie was available. Staff were friendly. Would stay there again. Great value for money
