Ideal location. The breakfast was excellent.

Although I met the hosts. They never introduced themselves. So I couldn't tell you their names. Was a bit upsetting after I informed them I wouldn't be having breakfast as i was going out early. The wife offered a packed breakfast. But unfortunately I had already left. When I returned, the husband made a point of telling me his wife was tired after getting up early. But I know I'd said I was going out before seven am. Would advise anyone needing a hairdryer to take their own. As the ones provided quickly over heated. And wasn't blowing out. It was just very hot heat. Flooring in the bathroom definitely needs replacing. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again

We were over the moon with Tina.we were told it was breakfast included on booking but then said continental on arrival to hubbys disappointment. Tina jumped to the rescue and we had full endlish all week as did every other guests .thankyou .English breakfast set us up for the day .i

A lovely stay at the Senarth. We had Room 1 on the ground floor which has its own private little patio area too. The room was well equipped and comfortable with lovely old furniture, a sofa and a large wardrobe. Shower is very spacious. The staff were all so polite and helpful and pleasant. Breakfast offers a good choice and my husband enjoyed the Indian breakfast (pre book for this). Hope to come back again. Close to town and easy walking distance for the front.

It didn’t detract from our stay at all but the bathroom could do with a cup to put toothbrushes etc in and a soap dish. That’s the only thing I would have changed and it’s not a complaint just a suggestion.

Beds very comfy . Room lovely well decorated .Plenty of choice and times at breakfast . Lovely family very helpful . Lovely and quiet at night . Close to facilities . Near to weatherspoons and few nice bars .

Would of liked a coffee table in the room . Veiw was not nice . Parking too close hard to get to front door with luggage.Also need a smoking area away from front door a seat and ash tray not nice to walk through if don't smoke.

Central location 5 mins walk to promenade. No lift, rooms over 2 floors. Room had everything you needed with refreshments replaced daily. Beds were comfy (not like my own but not complaining). Breakfast was ordered night before but additional items such as fruit/cereals were offered on the day. Cooked breakfast was always hot and freshly prepared. Checking in was easy. Owner very pleasant and nothing too much trouble. Overall a lovely place.

Not enough parking at the B&B but easily found in nearby streets.

Lovely friendly and welcoming family. Room on ground floor is spacious and even has a little patio, weather permitting! Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and bathroom. Parking on forecourt (limited). Easy walk to centre, pier, sea.

Lovely hosts, with great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very enjoyable and location ideal. Would definitely try to book again when we next stay in Llandudno.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were so friendly and accommodating, you couldn't ask or better! The breakfasts were delicious and very well presented.

The owners were really friendly and helpful the room was spotlessly clean special thank you to Tina who served breakfast every morning the breakfast was delicious facilities spot on cant fault anything would definitely recommend to anyone we would definitely stay again .

quite a few stairs to climb bearing in mind it is a beautifully decorated victorian house but we we made aware there is a ground floor room with easy access

Clean and comfortable within walking distance to pier,beach and attractions,one small issue with showerhead,but once it was bought to hosts attention it was sorted immediately,breakfast was lovely,and all the staff were friendly and helpful

Our room I thought was a little small,if I go again I would definitely upgrade
