It wasn’t right on the front so was quieter as it was out of the way which was perfect. Near lots of shops and places to eat. Had parking availability which saved looking for spaces. The breakfast was included as part of the price and it was lovely. A full English breakfast with toast along with tea, coffee, orange juice. Also a choice of cereals. Owner and waitress were lovely and friendly. Made me feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Whilst here after booking in for one night I actually extended my stay to two nights as I was very happy staying here. I will 100% come back here!

There’s nothing I can say I did not like.

Staff were very friendly and helpful right from the beginning, breakfast was lovely, location is perfect. Each morning they set up a high hair at our table ready for my daughter which I'm so grateful for it made it so much easier for us getting her ready for breakfast and keeping us at the same table was a grest routine for her!

My only problem was we were on the top floor which was difficult with a toddler and a baby but they did let us keep our pram downstairs which was a massive help

I was 7 mins away from where I was working. Parking just outside the accommodation. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Just what I needed. Breakfast excellent and quick service. Great atmosphere in the dining area and all organised Everyone at the accommodation were helpful and friendly.

I was happy with everything. The information in the description was spot on. As I was travelling for work breakfast earlier however this didn't effect me and worked out just right for me

I found this hotel one of the best I have ever stayed in it was clean very well managed to a standard only to be expected from top quality.breakfast '.well.what can I say.anyway the young lady serving the breakfast was amazing I would definitely stay there again.loved it..room was very nice and lots of tea and coffee. great location 2 minutes to town and free parking what a bonus loved it thank you.

The bedroom was very clean, modern and had a kettle to make coffee/tea which pods/sachets were provided. It was nice to have toiletries supplied as well. The breakfast was good value with continental i.e bread/cereals etc and a cooked breakfast. The location was great aswell, walkable into the centre but also easy to get out and explore, good to have the ample free parking. But the helpfulness, friendliness and hospitality of the owner/staff was the bonus of this hotel.

Everything was great but if I had to be picky for us personally then I would like to have had more choices of vegetarian for the cooked breakfast. But it wasn't a problem and would like to return for another stay.

good location, comfortable beds, reasonable sized room, well cooked breakfast, friendly service, easy parking. I would happily stay again if in the area.

The steps just inside the bedroom door (probably can't be helped) the taps on the wash basin are off-putting (they work but look dated and neglected) I think the place is a perfectly nice B&B but should not really be called an 'hotel'

We thought the prices for a night in general in the area were abut experience although this was still one of the cheaper ones, we were very happy with the room, the owner who greeted us was really nice and friendly, the room was cosy, the bed was comfortable and a good breakfast plus there was free parking and accommodated the baby really well too with a cot and a high chair at breakfast !

Everything about this place was just amazing, welcoming host, fabulous breakfast!! homely feel to the place, room was exceptionally clean, décor fresh and modern, bathroom clean and tidy, powerful shower and everything you could need in the room. Their was always a lovely smell every time you walked in the door. absolutely worth every penny.

Room was nice and clean, the breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from . Bed very comfortable. The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Superb location, bang in the middle of everything but not at all noisy. Parking a bonus.

Great location close to all amenities yet far away not to be disturbed by noise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Really good to have parking on hotel site where cars did not have to be moved about if you wanted out.

Cannot think of one thing that needs changing.
