Breakfast included in the price, Very good. Dinner at extra cost very enjoyable, Taking care of my food allergy. We have stayed at this venue many times, For the first time we stayed next door which is part of the main hotel, excellent room excellent bed and all very clean.

The main hall way carpet looked very shabby at the entrance door. The original hotel looks quite shabby although it has a very relaxed air to it. Over all it is very good value, all the guests were Very nice

Full English breakfast was excellent. Location was good. Parking was ok on the public car park, a short walk and reasonably priced. Good sized room with two comfy chairs and table.

The room was very hot and the windows didn't open. We asked for a fan which was supplied.

The car park is remote from the hotel and too small to accommodate all the guests. A concreted area at the side of the hotel could be converted to hold more cars. A reserved “loading/ drop off only area could be demarked in front of the hotel. I drove around three times and could not pull up anywhere near the hotel to offload my baggage and check in. Fortunately a friend shuttled me in from the distant parking place for me to check in!!

The room was very spacious and warm. Lovely big tv on the wall. It had a lovely walk in shower too. The breakfast was great and plenty of choices too. The full Welsh breakfast was hot when it arrived We paid extra to have an evening meal on the Sunday which was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We got to the hotel later than expected due to hold ups on the motorway but the hotel rang us to say not to panic as he would stay up for us and check us in when we arrived.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel.

The rooms are lovely, modern, well decorated, clean with well designed showers, a perfect walk in shower. The hotel and our room were warm and welcoming. The staff are lovely very helpful and inviting. Just have to mention Gerwyn the general manager such a delight to meet a professional polite gentleman who couldn't help us enough to enjoy our break. Breakfast was perfectly cooked fresh and hot. Excellent value February break we will definitely pay more to stay again.

Despite booking the Dunoon hotel this wasn't the traditional Dunoon hotel. We stayed in the hotel annex called "Next Door". It wasn't the olde world expectation of the Dunoon. It is a modern bright hotel and has a different style restaurant and ambiance.

Loved the period building and communal spaces the bar and lounge were lovely, the lift was great as we were on the 3rd floor, very comfortable room with a huge bed , clean and centrally located very convenient for the shops and pier / sea front and we had the pleasure of seeing the sheep come down from the orme into the town. The breakfast was very good we will definitely stay again.

This place gave us the Wales seaside resort experience. Quaint and charming little hotel, vintage looking but well done and well kept. Two blocks from the ocean and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and provided us information on nearby attractions like Betws-Y-Coad, Beaumaris and Snowdonia. Breakfast was included and worked well for us. Able to park our car on the street without worries for a ticket. My daughter was thrilled that her room had a vanity :)

A delightful hotel,easy to find and quite spacious. Food was of a good standard and served by a fine array of Staff. Lovely sitting room and a nice bar. We could sit outside if we wanted to.. The lift was useful as the stairs are quite narrow and I am very slow on stairs. The wine list was very reasonably priced with some unusual wines.

Television was a bit small. Difficult to open windows. Room could be a bit hot

The hotel is really nice and in a great location. The room was really nice and comfortable and the staff super friendly. The breakfast was very nice.

We came in the off season and most of the hotel was closed. We loved the room but had a view on the emergency stairs and bins which was not really nice when you know it is empty.
