Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Bar was and restaurant were good.

For the cost the rooms weren’t anything special and having to pay £25pp to use the spa was annoying as it’s not included in the cost (unless you want to use it before 9am or after 5pm). I would have thought for £260 for one night it would have been included.

Food amazing... rooms amazing , service amazing, beautiful scenery and spa is lovely .. had a fabulous couples massage girls are so lovely

We didn't like how they have changed the rules for the pool... you could used to swim anytime of the day.. they have changed it now that you can only use the spa area pool etc up to 9am in the morning and after 5pm ... if you wish to use it in-between these times its 25 pounds each.. how ridiculous. Won't be staying again unless this changes. Such a shame

Great staff and service. Food was great for all meals.

We know it was the storm but the pool out of order our whole stay put a downer on it slightly. Maybe having a back up....of course this may not be possible.

Beautiful hotel on the waters edge, stunning views from waters edge rooms. Room 271 was roomy and bathroom was enormous with a generous bath! Restaurant staff were friendly and professional, service was exceptional. Nespresso machine in this room, 3 complimentary pods per day, though reception did provide more decaf when requested (thank you). There is a fridge in the room so take milk if you need to. Well placed for exploring Conwy and Llandudno but I would consider a car a must as fairly cut off. Super king bed and very comfortable too. Spa is immaculately clean with pool, sauna, infa red, steam, himalayan salt rooms, foot spas etc. Lovely! Would definately visit again.

Advertised toiletries in the room but all stuck to the shower wall so take your own bath foam if you want a bath. Understand the Spa needs to make money but think the times allowed to paying guests are very restrictive...(check the website) £25pp to use otherwise is steep....perhaps £10 pp would be acceptable. Look for free robes in very top of wardrobe....I thought the packet was a spare blanket and didnt find until I was leaving (perhaps check-in staff could inform guests).

Beautiful view excellent restaurant! Staff were friendly and very helpful 🙂

Not enough pool time for children! Not enough pool and sauna time for adults! Guest's shouldn't need to pay extra to use pool and sauna it should be inclusive in the booking! Especially when you're paying in excess of £500 for 2 nights.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. By far the best we have stayed at… ever! From the moment we arrived to check-in, we were warmly welcomed. From that point on we didn’t meet a single member of staff who wasn’t an absolute delight - from the reception desk, to the spa desk, to the restaurant and bar too - it is truly the staff who made this stay so lovely for us. The staff at breakfast get a special shoutout for me.. delightful! But honestly, every single member of staff we met were such a delight. The facilities were also marvellous and we were actually quite shocked by how nice it was. I especially loved that you could make use of the sauna, infra red room, and salt wall etc. as I only expected hotel guests to have access to the pool for free. Really amazing. The area was really pretty too. Splendid views.

We honestly cannot fault anything at all.

Comfortable rooms and bar restaurant facilities

Booked twin room and specified we were mother and daughter. Given double bed, told no twins available but double would be separated. This wasn’t possible so a prepared twin was immediately found which was another double bed but this time could be separated. Asked to book breakfast time in advance 3 days before arrival therefore rang to book but on the first morning no breakfast slot booking found. I therefore checked the booking for the following day and again the booking had not been noted and was no longer available for requested time

Everything! What a place! From fantastic views & facilities to the wonderful staff & delicious food, to me it's simply perfection! I had booked for the first time, for my husband's birthday and we couldn't have been treated better. We enjoyed it so much we asked for an extra night. Our absolutely amazing room wasn't available but they found us the next best room & moved our bags over while we enjoyed the spa. 🥰 Completely exceeded all expectations and we will be visiting regularly in future, FACT! I'm planning our next trip for my birthday as we speak! 😁 Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for really making my husband's 50th so special. see you very soon! 😃

Nothing. Zero. Nada! I couldn't fault a thing & that's special these days.

My choice of hotel was entirely based on the sea view from the room which judging by the photos beforehand this hotel seemed to offer the best, however the reality was much, much better. Upon entering the room the incredible view enticed you to either sit in jaw drop amazement on the sofa or sit out on the balcony and soak up the splendor of it all. The view alone justified paying the extra for the room as it was simply stunning, we were blessed with exceptionally good weather as well. The parking, amenities, dining experience were all additional factors and again all lived up to or surpassed my expectations.

If I was being picky the room could have benefitted from air con as it was unseasonably warm and the room was very hot but for how rare and event this can be I can understand why the hotel wouldn't invest, so its just an observation not a criticism!

We had a lovely view from the patio door overlooking the water feature, the bedroom was a great size and it was our honeymoon so on my instruction the staff arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in our room when we arrived which was a lovely surprize for my husband. They also giftd us two glasses of fizz with our evening meal as a treat from the hotel which was very thoughtful The staff were very friendly.

We felt the breakfast was a little tasteless even though it was advertised as a full Welsh breakfast we didnt like the sausage or bacon, and the egg was not cooked enough
