Room was very comfy but small. No issue for us but there were three steep steps to the bathroom, probably should be noted as some may find this an issue. Spotless bathroom and the hotel itself very clean. Only one window opened for fresh air. Only an issue because it was very warm outside. The bar area, restaurant, outside area and car park are great and the food for breakfast was lovely. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Location just on the outer edge of town but we love a walk so not an issue for us and we found a shortcut to the prom. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend

Not a great deal to be fair it was a last minute booking and perfect for us. Room overlooked busy road so a little noisy in the morning with window open but I’m an early riser so again no issue

After a frustrating day with a challenging drive in Ireland and ferry delays we were immediately put at ease by staff member James Lennox. A perfect end to the day. Thank you James! Room was very spacious and quiet. Shower was good and towels large and soft. Breakfast selection was good and we met both owners which was a real bonus. They obviously care about the comfort of their guests. We also had an excellent dinner in the in house restaurant. Parking great, the property easy to locate and access to the town centre is very easy. Very good value for money.

A firmer pillow would have been welcome. Some minor attention to cleaning and maintenance is required.

Good basic pub hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast great.

No lift so two flights of stairs not good for 70 year olds

The hotel is easy to find and to get to, with plenty of parking. We found it well located for our needs - walking distance to Llandudno town, and with easy access to the main road to go further afield. Lovely staff, room very clean and had everything we needed. The food was good and the breakfast was very generous.

Some aspects of the decor could do with touching up - just little things like the wardrobe door was missing a handle and the paint on one of the walls was disintegrating. Relatively minor, and didn't detract from our overall stay.

We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

The room that we ended up staying was on top of the kitchen, and I got spooked that the floor started vibrating because of the kitchen fans 🤣 they turn off at night though! Some (like my companion) might say that the temperature in the rooms is too hot, again, I loved it warm, but some might not. The junction where the hotel is located is quite busy so opening your windows at night might disrupt your sleep. There was only instant coffee for breakfast; maybe there was a coffee machine somewhere for proper coffee or we should've asked but we didn't.

We have stayed here before because it’s close to the theatre & has ample parking which is always a bonus in Llandudno. Andy & Shirley are excellent hosts & nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The food here is always good value & excellent quality. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again! The theatre is also worth a visit if you are staying in Llandudno!

There is nothing not to like here! The bedroom windows have been secondary double glazed since our last visit which cuts the road noise out!

Convenient for the Theatre. Breakfast was nice but didn't offer extra tea,/coffee. More than one egg and one piece of toast would have been welcomed. Staff were friendly. Value for money.

Room was stifling hot. Pillows very uncomfortable. We had a roast dinner in the restaurant which was the worst I'd ever had. The beef was very fatty, carrots were mush and the roasties rock hard (inedible). Unfortunately it had clearly been warmed up In the microwave but parts where still cold. I left most of it but no one asked why ? Sticky toffee pudding was tasteless.

Window didn't open in Room, there was fans but still very stuffy in Room. We have stayed here, usually twice per year for several years so we knew and know what to expect. We have not been dissappointed. The staff are always very friendly and ver efficient. They are also the same members of staff which is always a good sign. Shirley and Andy run a very efficient team.

The wardrobe in our bedroom 102 could do with a new handle - this answer just shows how minor this answer is haha.

The building is beautiful, and our room (twin) was an excellent size. The shower room was something I would like to have in my home. The location is just far enough away from the town centre, which made it exceptionally quiet. Very little seagull noise. We dined in the restaurant on the first evening and the food was very good and the service speedy polite and friendly. There is a good choice of breakfast foods and we enjoyed our breakfasts a great deal. All the staff were friendly and helpful and could not fault the service in any way.

Having to take our luggage up 2 floors. Happily, a member of staff willingly helped. Very pleasant young man who was also working the bar. I failed to inform the hotel that I have COPD and the room.was on the second floor, which was challenging. A lift would have been really useful. The most important thing for me was that the bed was not comfortable, so I didn't sleep well. I could feel springs. It was very hard. I did mention but didn't stress the point) on check out because overall, my granddaughter and I had a thoroughly enjoyable short stay.
