Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked with a good range of fruit, cereals, yoghurt. Staff were really helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. I was staying due to work in the area and they helped with improving my WiFi access, were good with times for meals etc. The room had a sea view, was spacious and the bed was excellent

The bathroom in the room was extremely small with very little room to move. However, it was very clean and so was the room. The only other issue was the work being carried out on the exterior of the hotel but we were warned about the scaffolding necessary to work on the roof and this didn't really have an impact.

Great location for free parking, theatre and quieter with less seagulls. Staff gave excellent customer service and were very friendly Food was very tasty and presented nicely Hotel sent congrats card after asking if visit was for a special occasion Shower cubicle was a fantastic size

Evening food not served on warmed plates so meant had to eat quicker to eat it warm. No shelves to put own toiletries on in bathroom Building work at front of hotel which meant couldnt sit out with drinks. Informed unfortunate delays in materials meant work carrying on throughout summer months

Excellent location, very nice looking and well looked after hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of cold fruit salads and continental buffet as well as full welsh breakfast cooked to order (including vegetarian and vegan options). Very dog friendly and very accommodating for people travelling with their dogs. They even get offered sausages for breakfast and a few biscuits through the day. There's a blanket and a bowl and poop bags as a welcome pack in the room. Separate lounge and breakfast/restaurant dog friendly area.The bar terrace is perfect on a sunny day, so relaxing with the view of the sea just opposite (also dog friendly). Elemis toiletries and dolce gusto coffee machine in the room as well as a kettle, water and a selection of teas.

We had a brilliant stay but just to pick something to improve on, the beds and pillows weren't very comfortable and there is no fridge or aircon in the rooms. I appreciate not very often we get heat waves but given the window only opens up a couple of inches, it was quite hot. Having said this, there was a good and much needed fan in the room.

Llandudno is always a fantastic place to stay and ill always come back. It's perfectly based and it's immaculately clean. Lovely that I can take my dog there and that they cater very well for doggy's stays. Appreciated our bags being taken into our rooms whilst we were out.

I have been here 5 times so far, and this time we have seen a little dip In the service. - normally we are welcomed with a doggy bag, but we had to call reception for one. And also there was only 1 mug, even if we had booked for 2 people. The dinner was nice, but I would have loved to see more fish on the menu with local produces.

Staff were fabulous, Bed was great, tv bit on & off working, room 'compact' but comfortable Shower very good but room bit small couldn't find towels for ages! food OK could be better. The location was perfect for what we needed.

no fridge, no book on how/where things are both in the hotel and area, etc would have been helpful. Breakfast a little on the small side for a full cooked and felt like it had been hanging around a while. Evening meal OK. Very expensive drinks and pity the bar area had no soft seating to speak of (not in pet room). Oh and the poor painting on the windows oh dear!!!

Location great, especially the free parking along the promenade. Breakfast brilliant, as a coeliac was really pleased that breakfasts are not buffet and was all cooked fresh from the kitchen so gluten free was no problem at all. Gluten free toast. All I couldn’t have was the sausages.

The bathroom was so tiny! Made the room very difficult to use. We only had a classic double sea view room so perhaps other bathrooms are bigger in upgraded room types. The bedroom carpet seemed like it hadn’t been hoovered as there were quite a lot of dog hairs on it. The scaffolding couldn’t be helped and messy windows as the building work was being done whilst we were there. No noise issues though from the works.

All Hotel staff very friendly, extremely hard working and accommodating. Kane (reception) very helpful and funny. Kane (bar) was a lovely young man chatty and welcoming nothing was too much trouble for him. Liam manager was very hands on and always had a smile on his face, he runs a very organised team who all work really hard together. We booked in for the new years eve dinner which was again fabulous, it ran like clockwork very well done to all the staff and thankyou. Food was amazing we ate in the restaurant on both nights and breakfast really hit the spot. Thankyou for making our new year special. We will be back again definitely. Jill & Simon

If I had to say anything it would be maybe a few more bar tables and stools in the bar area.

All the staff were perfect, especially Kane on reception, and the food and service was brilliant. Everywhere was very clean, with a beautiful navy and gold theme, and the rooms were cleaned every morning! The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and was very cosy looking. Everything you needed was in the room and it was very functional, including a hairdryer, slippers, washing flannels, gorgeous elemis products for body and hair and a coffee maker, teabags, biscuits, water bottles, beauty products, ear plugs, eye masks, teabags, coffee, hot chocolate! All of our requests were fulfilled brilliantly by the staff, as we had a hot water issue and a hard pillow, which they swapped for a softer one. Our 3 day stay was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to come back, can't wait to visit in the summer 🌞

The room was quite small, so was the shower but we are both 6ft tall.

This is a fabulous hotel. Our room was large, with a huge comfortable bed and a lovely seating area in the bay window looking out at our sea view. There were nice little touches like water in a mini fridge and fresh milk; lovely toiletries in the bathroom and Welsh shortbread on the hot drinks tray. The hotel location is great, being just a 5 minute walk from Venue Cymru where we had tickets for a show. But it’s the staff here who make it so good, and the wonderful food - we ate dinner in the restaurant 3 nights running because the food was so good and the staff were so lovely. Everyone was friendly and made you feel like they enjoyed their jobs. We loved it and hope to visit again 😊

Nothing… couldn’t fault it.

Really helpful staff, i was travelling alone and they helped me get breakfast so I didn't have to leave my dog alone in the dining room. The room was lovely, really clean and I loved the doggy bag with blanket and bowl. The view is obviously fantastic over the seafront. Really good access to the town centre. Breakfast was delicious.

I got a bit lost and came down a flight of stairs with my dog which entered the dining room that isn't dog friendly. Maybe a little sign before you get there could reduce the risk of an awkward sprint through the diners :)
