The check in staff and the breakfast staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was cosy, quiet and I was lucky as did have wi fi. The location is really good to visit most places in Llandudno and although not aware on arrival of the free parking it was offered.

For me the breakfast as all the reviews said excellent. There was a very good choice and as the only person in I ordered the full breakfast. Surprised when the person who came in after me (also ordered a full breakfast ) was served first. When mine did arrive ( he had virtually finished his!) the sausages were very hard and for me overcooked, the bacon was missing and the fried egg yolk was basically raw. So possibly a one off but given the expectation an bit of a let down.

Location was great for us, it had car parking, the staff were really friendly, the sea view room we had was great, the bed linen was spotless, the beds were really comfy, it was quiet so we got a good nights sleep. It was nice the hotel had a bar and the breakfast was good the following morning.

I asked in advance if we could check-in an hour earlier at 2pm instead of 3pm which would of helped us get sorted out before going to the Theatre but I was told that was probably not possible. When we arrived at lunchtime we were advised we could check-in at 2.30pm but that was the time we had to be at the Theatre as our show started at 3pm so we instead had to check-in at 6pm after the show. We went out for dinner and when we returned to the hotel later in the evening our room was quite chilly compared to the downstairs areas as the heating in our room seemed to of gone off.

The location was perfect close to shops and attractions, Breakfast was nice, but I think it should be charged for what you have, not just a standard price, £10 is a bit steep for sausage sandwich or beans on toast, my two grandchildren didn't eat as much as the adults

As stated above, breakfast should be charged for what you have, i would also ask for it to be made clear on your website that breakfast isn't included in the price before booking as i was under the impression it was until i booked it. Also there was no lock on the bathroom door & no catch so you couldn't even shut it !!!

I ordered dinner on the first night. The new potatoes had sprouts about 1 cm coming out and the chicken was quite tough in parts. I told the waiter I wasn't happy with the potatoes before I ate and he took my plate away. The plate was then returned with ?other potatoes which didn't look much better. At this point I asked for chips instead, and these duely arrived. I ate the meal, but as previously stated, the chicken was a bit tough. I wasn't offered a drink. Other diners had to ask for drinks.

Lovely comfortable room, very clean, very warm and helpful staff, great location.

Absolutely nothing, had an issue with the chef not turning up on the 1st morning so no hot breakfast but the variety of cereal and fruit, toast was excellent and enough for me, not an issue at all, 2nd morning was the full hit breakfast so 💯👌👍

Great location, on promenade, near theatre, public pool and shops, fabulous views from the lovely little lounge, has a lift, parking available, very clean and well furnished, great staff. Single room 51 in the courtyard was lovely, bed was a good height, but a bit too firm and narrow for me and had a single quilt on, which was inadequate for an adult. The canopy outside is useful for shelter from rain and sun, but was banging and rattling all night in the wind :( I asked a staff member to tighten the canopy straps for me the next day and there was no wind, so it was no bother. I really liked this hotel and would stay again 🙂

Everything, the staff are extremely welcoming the hotel is beautiful and very well looked after. Breakfast of a high standard, rooms also.. Couldn't ask for anything more tbh I've stayed a fair few times now and would highly recommend I will certainly be returning.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast and evening meals were very tasty and really good value for the money. The location was also really very good. We weren't too far from the shops or the pier.

I wasn't too happy with the layout of my room. It was a single room with a single bed. The bed was placed in the middle of the room. Every time I turned, I nearly fell out of the bed. Plus the lamp switch was away from the bed, so I had to get out of bed to turn the light off.

The hotel was lovely and all the staff were very polite and helpful. I only had the breakfast there but it was delicious so im sure the evening meals would be just as good! I was in a single room which was very comfortable and had everything i needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

The walls are very thin so you can hear noise from other rooms such as people's tv's or them walking around. This didnt bother me at all but may bother some.

Breakfast: There was a good choice on the menu and it was well cooked and presented. The room was lovely and warm and felt cosy. Excellent location on the sea front but easy walking to the shopping area

It would have been helpful to have more coat hooks eg on the bedroom door for a coat and in the bathroom for a towel. Also to have a glass/cup in the bathroom for toothbrush/toothpaste. Also nicer milk on the bedroom tea tray - it was very UHT and it is possible to get long-life milk that is more like fresh milk in taste - but I am being picky!
