Room was as advertised. Good value for money. Clean. Comfortable. Super manager at front desk. Told us about the place, where to go, what all to see. 10/10 for him! . He said he was a local from Conwy itself, and we appreciate his help a lot!

1. They could provide dental kits. 2. I find it absurd that their policy says if i check in after 8pm, they will consider it a no show and cancel the booking without refund. If i have paid in full for a room, how does it matter what time i check in or dont check in. They told me there wont be staff after 10pm , which i can understand, budget hotel, off season and all that, but thats still 10 pm.

With beach view and just a walk away from the pier. The breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly and the common areas were comfortable. A good price to value ratio.

Only wi-fi is in the foyer. Low network coverage in the area in general.

We were on honeymoon and the management, household staff and catering staff were extremely helpful and accomodating.

We didnt read the fine print. So much to do with wedding preparation etc. So we were surprised there was no WIFI in the room and no parking. These were challenges we were well able to overcome as we have plenty of data on our mobile and there is WIFI in the entrance lounge. We always found parking outside the hotel.

Great location, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Poor wifi and phone reception. Wifi only available at reception and phone reception in the rooms was very poor so researching local attractions or contacting family was difficult. In those day and age wifi in every room should be a given.

We were staying in the annexe in the back of the hotel, the outside light for the stairs was not working, very dangerous.! My friend had asked for soya milk for breakfast while we booked in the hotel, but there wasn't any when we asked at breakfast time.

Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very well located. I enjoyed my stay very much.

This place is a little gem! We had a sea view from our room and it was very clean and tidy. The bed was pretty comfortable and breakfast well exceeded our expectations, it was lovely! Choice of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juices, toast, jam, tea/coffee and also a choice of creamy porridge, hash browns, fried bread, eggs, baked beans etc....fabulous value for the price we paid. Staff were friendly and welcoming too.

If I was to grumble about anything it would only be that the room would have benefited from a little kettle and tea tray but it wasn't really a big hardship. Also we were on the fourth floor and the window was a small arch which made the curtains an odd fit. They were hung away from the window so the light came into the room from the side of them fairly early and made it a little awkward getting in and out of that side of the bed....again not a big problem, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. We found the hotel clean and the staff were friendly and happy to help with any request. The pricing was perfect, and for a short weekend break, we would certainly consider staying there again and would be happy to recommend it.

The only issue we had was the 'no hot food in the room' policy. This isn't stated anywhere on the website, and we only found out when we got to the hotel and checked in. By that time, it was too late to book a table in a restaurant (we tried 3) We think that policy needs to be revised or at least more clearly stated before the booking process is completed.

Stayed for 1 night after seeing a show in Venue Cymru. The location was perfect a 6 minute walk away. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the continental breakfast had a wide selection of choices including gluten free bread/ toast which I had neglected to ask about prior to going and as a coeliacs sufferer was important to me. Even though it was a help yourself buffet and I would have struggled being severely disabled the staff brought everything to me and constantly checked to make sure I had everything I needed. Can't praise this hotel enough and will definitely stay again. Many thanks Iris Hotel.

The only problem for me were the steps up to the hotel entrance but my disability is hardly their problem.
