Food and staff were lovely, but at times service was a bit slow, however we were not in a rush. Location of hotel beautiful on the promenade and central to all amenities

The room was a bit small, I expected it to be a bit bigger. Reception said they use the room for mostly business customers. The blinds in the bathroom were both broken which we reported to reception.

Breakfast excellent and attentive staff. Room very comfortable, clean.

The main entrance on the steps on the two evenings was full off drunken smoking people who were very rude and didnt move out of the way for our entrance, even though we politely asked them could we get past. Both of us are quite old and need walkingaids. These people should have been told by security to clear the entrance .

Lovely atmosphere, mostly lovely staff, excellent food for a hotel at this price.

Only the house keeping was a bit patchy. They didn't exchange the dirty glasses when they came in. When I mentioned it at reception they were polite but clearly thought I was having a moan. Not the end of the world.

Bedroom was very warm - despite opening window and fiddling with Aircon. Hotflushes for women of a certain age made sleep challenging for my better half 😏 Zero shower cream in dispenser ( luckily we brought some with us) No brown sauce at breakfast

The hotel itself is big and beautiful. Its location is the best feature, being next to the north shore and the heart of Llandudno, so its easy to walk or get connections anywhere. The room itself is not exceptional, but nice and comfy. The bathroom was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a car park adjoining the hotel.

The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive so we looked elsewhere for food. The breakfast wasnt anything special, especially the English breakfast options which were mediocre. The car park was small and a space was not guaranteed, so thats annoying if its full when you arrive.

Buffet style breakfast with plenty of tea and coffee brought to the table by attentive staff. Good breakfast and good choice. Parking was available to the rear of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff especially those working at reception. Bed was comfortable with white linen and white fluffy towels.

To be picky the quality of the sausage and nicer scrambled egg. However I did enjoy what I had and understand that larger scale buffets are not delivering cooked breakfasts to order. Whoever put in the bathroom fittings must have been a giant and I’m tall. The handsoap and magnifier mirror were way too high to reach. I struggled but someone smaller would definitely struggle. The bathroom was nice and spacious though with a good shower and plenty of work top area for soap bags etc.

Fabulous location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice room, a little small & one had sloping roof, but great view of the Orme. Lovely breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Booked 2 rooms & was expecting them to be near each other, but we were 2 floors apart. Took elderly parents & the bathrooms were not ideal - one room had shower over bath that was challenging to get in & out of & one room had shower only with a large step up into it - neither ideal for people in their 80s. Hotel did provide non slip mat when requested though. There was also no body lotion in the rooms.

Warm welcome but only 1 member of staff checking guests in other member was busy on phone so que began to form. Check in was very welcoming though.

Unfortunately for us the lift had just broken down but the repair men were on their way so had to sit around in lounge/lobby then decided to try the stairs & I have a walking stick as mobility not brilliant but we took our time & only on 2nd floor so not too bad.Also we couldn't reach bathroom window to open it luckily housekeeping did.

My grandparents and parents have enjoyed hols in Llandudno and now my family too. Absolutely the best hotel in Llandudno we have stayed in so far! Definitely would return and recommend. All staff go above and beyond to help and the hotel is lovely and stylish. I felt like a step back in time and loved it! Perfect delicious breakfast and dinner (good prices too), cocktails and ice available at the bar to take to your room. Lovely comfy beds and lovely bedding, good size bath, nice towels and air con. Parking is limited but ask at reception for places to park close by for cheap. Our child asks when we are returning and I hope very soon! Thank you all at St.George’s for helping to make wonderful memories! x

ALL the staff were really welcoming, polite, lovely and happy. What was clear to us, all the staff worked as a team and were not only polite and courteous to us, but to each other, which is rare these days! Room was very clean and plenty of tea, coffee and milk etc. Good quality products, coat hangers and linen. Rooms very well equipped, including a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast and meals very good. Outstanding service by all.

Nothing! Everything was what we expected and hoped for in a stay. Would be good to book parking, but understand why this wouldn't work and is therefore on a 'first come, first served' basis. Most of the hotels didn't have any parking, this was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel.
