Beds are really comfy, hosts are super friendly and can't do enough for you , breakfast choice and quality I could not fault, especially the sausages & bacon both for which taste way better than anything I can get hold of. I shall miss my full Welsh breakfast . Location is amazing, right on the promenade and a stones throw from the pier. I would say try and book direct as you may be able to obtain one of the few parking permits they have too which you'll be grateful you did. Nice honesty box in the communal large lounge downstairs for snacks or drinks at very good prices. One thing to be aware of is Stairs... In Hen Dy's defence there's absolutely nothing they can do to remedy that and to be fair to them the first floor with hindsight would be my future choice. They did contact prior to mention this, also offered to take bags up for us so this is by no means a fault persay as they'll do everything they can to help, more of a " if you have mobility issues take their advice if they mention it" comment. The above also by no means takes away what a lovely B&B this is and wouldn't prevent me from coming back in the future as it's a little gem in prime location with great owners.

Breakfast was superb, a great continental selection and then a good choice of cooked items which they were only too happy to mix and match, even going out of their way to source 'Meat Free' sausages ready for my stay. The whole place was really, really clean. It's situated about 2 minutes from the Pier and beach which was superb and we had a room at the front with a sea view which my granddaughter loved. The room was spotless and had a large TV which we were able to watch Netflix, Prime etc on.

Excellent freshly cooked breakfast, served piping hot. Great easy to operate shower. The use of a cooling fan and an additional fan heater. Lovely sea front view. Ideal location short walk to all amenities, i.e. promenade, various eating places, shops, attractions. Quietness of whole house, all doors were soft closing, so no annoying or sudden unexpected banging to disturb the peace and quiet.

.Nothing, just a small gripe - remember to take your own bottled water, shampoo/conditioner as they are not supplied in the room.

Hotel is just lovely. Hosts friendly and welcoming. Room - light and spacious. and well equipped. Bathroom modern and very clean. Breakfast was so delicious and plenty of it ! Perfect location, literally 5 mins from everything, beach, pier, shops, Gt. Orme, restaurants and pubs. Open top bus and land train. Everything on the doorstep All made for a really lovely stay in Llandudno. Would defo return 🙂

Gorgeous rooms in a great location. Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were beautifully presented and the breakfast had a great selection and hot food made fresh. My family are all vegetarians and although they don’t usually provide it, the staff had bought vegetarian sausages just for us which was so kind! Great value especially for a fantastic location. No parking was readily available but The hotel provided plenty of advance notice in order to make arrangements.

We were greeted by Ian who collected our bags and took them up the three flights of stairs to our room. Given that this was November and the end of the main tourist season the room looked cosy, clean and tidy. The bespoke wallpaper and contemporary fitments very all in pristine condition as was the en-suite bathroom with shower. The window had a perfect view over Llandudno Bay, the 'Little Orme and the Promenade. Parking was on the street and was free after 4pm until 10.00 am at this time of the year. The welcoming, bright, Breakfast room was down a flight of stairs from the reception. The continental buffet was laid out nicely and Tracy was extremely pleasant and efficient in keeping it stocked and taking ur orders. The loungs, off the entrance corridor is again tastefully decorated with a range of comfortable chairs and sofas. Their are a selection of boxed board games and books available. Their is also an honesty bar with a good selection of popular drinks available. This is a gem and we hope to return again in 2024. Thank you Ian and Tracy for being such excellent hosts.

The climb up the stairs could be a challenge for some guest but we thought it was worth every step for the view from the window. I suppose parking could be an issue during peak times. Every thing else was truly excellent.

Great location. Beautifully clean and comfortable, Great choices for breakfast all delightful. Lots of unexpected extras, like the radox in the bathroom which was brilliant for my aching legs 😀. Also the honesty bar in the lounge area really good idea. Tracey was a delightful host, we didn't get to meet Ian I think he was very busy cooking up the delights from the kitchen. Brilliant place to stay. thank you

Beautiful room, spotlessly clean with everything in the room that you would need, hairdryer, fan,heater, extra blankets, toiletries and binoculars to admire the spectacular views. Breakfast was excellent with large portions and so much to choose from. Also an honesty bar for refreshments and snacks.

Lovely guest house in a great location, close to all amenities, very friendly welcome from the hosts Ian and Tracey who could not be more helpful. We had a great size triple room with mountain view & ensuite bathroom. The accommodation was very clean and well kept throughout. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and with lots of different choices. We will definitely be returning and can highly recommend.
