Location great, at the end of the promenade. Easy access to town centre, restaurants & bars. Great Orme just round the corner. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast, either hot or cold. Bedroom was a superior double with huge comfy bed. Bedroom was big with a big shower room with a corner shower that could be a tight fit for a larger person. Everything you could need for your stay, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water, eye masks, ear plugs, shower caps, slippers, TV. The only negative on our particular room was the view, literally overlooking another buildings brick wall & window.! Shower

Nothing to dislike!

Right from our warm welcome, all the way through our two night stay up and up to us checking out, all the staff were friendly, helpful , and courteous. The hotel was clean, well presented, breakfast was lovely with a great menu. We have stayed in a good few b&b's and without question this was our favourite! I loved how it was dog friendly (we didn't travel with our dog this time) but you honestly wouldn't know that dogs could stay as it was unbelievably clean and tidy. 10/10 for a fantastic stay.

Drinks in the bar were pricey (but standard for type of premises and location) £17 for one pint and one large wine

The hotel was very convenient and it was nice to sit out with a drink and catch the evening sunshine. No parking which is understandable in Llandudno. It was clean and smart. The bedroom had all the facilities you would expect and was very clean and nicely furnished. It was well maintained. The breakfast was good and nice service. Very dog friendly too.

No summer quilt available so had to bring my own. A sheet was provided. Bedroom tiny and very hot. Could not open window more than a few inches. It did have a fan. The mattress was too soft for my liking and my back suffered.

Location was fab although sister hotel which is Llandudno Bay feels less on the main road and more across the sea directly. Hotel staff were lovely, particular the gentlemen that greeted and waited breakfast was super friendly and kind. The breakfast selection was fabulous and this was included in the price I paid for the room so I felt that was good value for money.

The only issue for me is that the noise upstairs on the ceiling was quite loud - even with earplugs it waked me up several times in the night - imagine, old floor boards and building. I still managed to sleep but it was disruptive. That is my only real criticism. This is a bed and breakfast so please note there is no dinner service, there are lots of restaurants close by so that shouldn't be a problem.

Great check in / out times (14:00 / 11:00. In room extras and quality toiletries were a nice touch. Location is great for exploring Llandudno. Staff were very friendly and welcoming

We were in room 106 above reception / bar area. The music from this area could be heard in our room especially the thud. We asked for this to be turned down / off during the evening and this was done without an issue. It was disappointing to be awoken by the same music at 7.45am (approx) on a Sunday morning. Again this was turned down upon request. I'm not sure any music is required / wanted first thing on a Sunday morning. Our bathroom was a wet room, which isn't practical especially after a shower when the floor around the toilet / sink remains wet (rather than draining away) for the duration of our stay. It make using the toilet / sink a problem as you've got to dodge the wet bits.

Perfect location for Llandudno within walking distance of everything you could need, I did not touch my car once, on street parking very easy with plenty of spaces, we will definitely return after my boyfriend proposed to me during our stay so it's very special. The views from the balcony room were spectacular for sunrise, sunset and through the day. So close to the beach, so many gluten free restaurants for us as we're a coeliac couple. The locals were wonderful, the pier was amazing and the hotel staff were perfect. Really lovely atmosphere in the bar downstairs where they had plenty of board games, comfy seating and the bar was spectacular during the evenings. 10/10 for our stay and we will definitely be returning

Staff very happy and friendly...the room was a bit small for a couple but as I was on my own on this occasion it was fine and the view from the balcony well made up for it...everything you could possibly need was provided including a pair of binoculars to enjoy the view even more...plenty of teas coffees hot chocolate biscuits and a coffee machine...even a carton of milk and 2 bottles of water in a fridge which was very unexpected...I would definitely recommend a stay in the hotel

The only thing really was the noise from above which sounded like a very large dog running around...but the ear plugs provided sorted that out ....the cleaners came in every day and tidied the desk and made the bed but the carpet was never hoovered during my stay

Our stay was excellent, and would recommend this hotel to anyone and would not hesitate to book again. We stayed in one of the sea view boutique rooms, and the view was gorgeous from waking up in the morning to the night. The extra touches were so nice - 2ps for the arcade, sleep masks, cold water, espresso coffee, lovely Elemis toiletries. All the staff we encounter were really friendly and helpful - particularly compliments to the evening barmen (think his name was Ben). So friendly and makes a superb cocktail! Location is really good for everything - sea front, pier, tram line, restaurants, main town. Being right by the pier we were concerned about the noise, but could not hear anything.

The only thing that I would say is our room was so hot - it was a very hot few days, but there wasn’t any air conditioning.

So much ... the room had everything you could want and a big fridge with milk forca brew. Beautiful products and coffee maker and kettle. The location was perfect. Crazy beautiful views and a red sunrise worthy of tears ! The breakfast was incredible and delicious. Huge selection ! Special mention for the cheeses and the avo and Spinach toast. Loved the staff and general friendly and caring feel. Great shower, beautiful comfortable bed. We will be back for definite!!
