We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with few complaints. the Staff were all very friendly, the Breakfast was first class, served on time with a smile. brilliant.

2 months before our stay, When I booked the hotel, I particularly asked for a room with minimum number of steps because of the wife mobility problems. I even rang and spoke with Brian (Manager) to clarify this. we were told there was no lifts but he would do the best he could. Unfortunately, we were put on the 3rd floor. meaning the wife had to climb 23 steps each time we went to or from the room. It was such a shame our visit was tarnished by this decision.

If you’re looking for a cozy, charming spot to unwind, Snooze is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are stylish, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—true to the name, we had one of the best sleeps we’ve had in ages. Breakfast was a highlight: freshly prepared and full of thoughtful touches. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, Snooze strikes the perfect balance between laid-back and well-run. We left feeling rested, well-fed, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend.

One thing I didn’t love was the bed. While it was comfortable overall, it was clearly two single beds pushed together, and I could feel the join in the middle while sleeping, which took away from the comfort a bit. It’s a small detail, but something that can make a difference when you’re hoping for a restful night.

This place is amazing, I'm so glad we booked it. We were greeted on arrival by Brian who is lovely and friendly, he showed us to our huge room with a walk thru closet leading to a large bathroom. The place was spotless and there were complimentary drinks and cakes in the fridge. The location is great, we were just off the seafront near to the pier, we could see the sea from our room. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely go back. The breakfast in the morning was included even tho it's not mentioned on the booking and it was one of the best I've had anywhere, the mushrooms were fantastic, the young guy serving us was really friendly, helpful and polite, couldn't have been a nicer experience all round really.

We found parking on the road just up from Snooze so no problems but it was quite busy even tho it was mid week in April so not sure about summer time, though there could have been private parking somewhere.

Everything This place is a little hidden gem rated 4* but deserves 5* it's run by mum and daughter who cannot do enough for you. The rooms are massive and very tastefully decorated throughout there are special touches everywhere. The breakfast is cooked to order and what you would expect from the Ritz or the Dorchester. Snooze sets the bar high. Can't wait to book again but I bet it will be difficult getting a reservation due to a high demand.

Nothing there to not like

From the moment we checked in we were greeted by Brian. He was very welcoming and attentive. We were in room 1. It was very spacious, clean and the decor was lovely. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Would recommend this place to everyone.

The only downside to this booking was that I emailed when we booked to have an early checking in, parking and a later check out. Unfortunately I had no response to the email. We ended up parking a mile away as there is no parking near by unless you get to Llandudno extremely early or late in the afternoon.

For once everything lived up to the hype and the photos. large spacious victorian room with all modern facilities. Pretty quirky and attractive. The onsite Bistro [breakfast and dinner] was absolutely marvellous [ including decor] with excellent service and an extremely high standard of food. To be perfectly honest the standard set in the bistro befitted a very high class restaurant. Far better than many notable restaurants we use. It was like 1st class silver service with bistro atmosphere. Food cooked and presented individually - hot and very fresh and on warmed plates, wonderful wine selection and all served by a small but happy group of people who shone at their jobs.You'll want for nothing. Breakfast was just the same. All exceptional! Owners have great knowledge of the local facilities and places to visit.

Due to the fact it was a traditional victorian house there are some problems of stairs for people of limited mobility and although they organised the parking for us very well it sometimes takes quite a bit of manoeuvring. Location was excellent for easy access to all local facilities and promenade but of course Llandudno is a tightly built resort and neighbouring properties are quite close by. Venetian blinds needed to be used.

The decor was interesting and beautiful. The staff were welcoming and breakfast was divine: delicious and served with elegance. It was the best meal we had in Wales. The Spanish tapas menu in the evening while good didn't suit the environment well. (Spain & Wales??) I think a refined British menu would have been preferred. Service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed.

Clearly there is an effort being made to provide 5 star service. I did find it a bit off-putting to be immediately met upon arrival with the breakfast menu. I confess it took me a moment to understand the breakfast process especially while still being a little road weary from the long drive there. Maybe being greeting with a glass of champagne and an invitation to be seated to rest and then fill out the breakfast menu would have been more in the spirit of Snooze.

The whole experience at Snooze was a delight. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was stunning. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable bed, free non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-fridge, a superb shower/bathroom (although there was not quite enough space for a toiletry bag which I had to put on the chair in the bathroom), it was quiet (apart from some seagulls trying to disturb us), and free WiFi too. The evening meal was also above expectations, with probably the best thin-crust pizza we've ever had. Between the two of us we had a couple of sharing plates (the calamari were cooked to perfection) alongside the pizza. Breakfast too was of an exceptional standard. The only downside to Snooze is that it's quite a distance from us, otherwise we'd be there as regulars! I can't recommend this gem of a hotel/restaurant any higher. Thank you all for our too short stay.

The only downside was there was no parking close-by, but there is paid parking available not too far away, and it's not ridiculously expensive. This won't put us off though.

Location fantastic Room was large & modern no lift quite a few stairs to room & more stairs from side entrance, everything was complimentary in fridge train station round about 10 min walk restaurants nearby and cafe's Pub serving food next door Hotel does amazing Welsh breakfast has a very nice restaurant as well. parking must be by request as its limited & parking not so easy around area but pay car parks are easy 2 find & not 2 far away. pier & famous tram minutes away from hotel location is really spot on

No access before 15:00 & no answer on phone we arrived after 15:30 & still had trouble, also made us pay before we got our room felt uncomfortable, but after that we had great contact with the nice professional staff .

Had a wonderfull night staying at Snooze. We were greeted by Brian when we arrived who kindly showed us the parking space allocated. Brian did a great job of making us feel welcome and looked after us through out our stay. The room was a great size with a very comfortable super king bed. The bathroom was lovely and clean with a large shower in a room full of natural light. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice for everyone. Will definitely be staying again.
