Absolutely beautiful hotel. Gutted we were only able to stay for one night. Staff were so welcoming and the view from our rooms was fantastic. We had to get up early due to our exhibition start time, but the staff were accommodating and made our breakfast early, which was much appreciated. Would definitely return!

The car park is small and not ideal for larger vehicles.

The room was spacious, pretty modern, and clean, with a good choice of coffee, tea, and treats at the room coffee station. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed a few games of pool. The location was exceptional, a few steps away from the beach, promenade, and pier.

We drew the short straw and had a room with 7 flights of stairs....no lift Just the luck of the draw and each stair level was about 10 steps so not too bad.

Loved everything staff are lovely room was clean and bed was comfy and the shower was great 😁

Didn’t have a bath

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast food was very tasty. The furnishings were lovely 😍

Scaffolding on the front of the hotel spoilt our seaview, but we were sent an email about this from the hotel prior and giving us the option to rebook or refund. We just didn't realise the extent to which the view would be ruined. The drinks and toast were self serve at breakfast which was a little chaotic when there was a queue of people, no side plates or cups because they had ran out and the staff had not had time to replace. The cooked breakfast was served at the table and was tasty and good quality.

The room was a good size, staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with quality produce and good selection. The service was very quick too. Pool table and bar were a nice touch and parking was helpful. Nice additions such as marshmallows and hot chocolate and bottled water in room.

No lift, so difficult to lift all luggage to the top floor though we were aware of it before we came. Busy area, so it was difficult to pull in near the hotel to unload bags (as we didn't have parking for first two days. Some aspects of the room would benefit from an update (fresh coat of paint perhaps). Someone else's clothes left in drawers and some rubbish left under the sofa- could be more attention to detail with cleaning.

The hotel was well staffed and we were able to go straight up to the room on arrival. The breakfast was plentiful and good value. The location was superb and everything was in walking distance.

While we were glad to get a parking, being next to the rubbish bins was a little disappointing. Then the door to the bedroom, had a handle but no mechanism, this meant that when the window was open, the door continually banged against the frame. Then while the breakfast was great, it would have been nice to see a few healthier options available (print them on the menu) . There were some healthier goodies available but we weren't aware of these until we were leaving. (Personally, as someone managing cholesterol, smashed avocado and poached eggs would be my go to).

Location extremely handy for shops and beach.

As my partner is 80 and I am 77 we both found being on the 3rd floor extremely hard. No problem with the room at all.

Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. I was last minute for breakfast before we left but that was no bother they served with a smile and very nice breakfast it was to. I was very impressed with the service which is lacking in so many hotels these days. The bed was very comfy and with the window open you could hear the sea which was great. Location for us was perfect and has a car park which like all around these areas was very tight.

The only thing I could fault them on was one you had to share the toilet seat with the sink it was a tight fit and the shower had one temperature scolding hot, didn't matter which way you turned it, it was molten laver. I had to stand next to the water and flick it over me. Made showers longer and harder to enjoy. I managed. I spoke to the receptionist but I don't think they could have done much at such short notice.

I love a warm room, and it was perfect. Some may not have liked how hot room was tho. Breakfast was good and not a long wait considering busy at time we went down. Location was perfect, pier across the road, hop on and off bus also across the road and train to take you up Great Orme was appx 10 min walk away, with fab pub at your descent. Definitely recommend booking sea-view room. Book hotel parking when booking, loved that there are lockable parking posts in your space, so no worrying if you will be able to park if you go out.

Some very ignorant guests who had no consideration for others, they checked in late, were banging doors, talking in hall very loudly n water pressure is amazing and they were switching taps off and on and every loud drop was heard for a while, they only shut up, when friends hubby shouted at them to 'shut the ***k up' Staff were told at the time, but they didn't do anything, that was only thing that let hotel down
